I would like to applaud this great company for having Schuyler, Randy and James take care of my house recently. It was my first time to have water damage from a water heater leak and they guided me all the way. They were all very professional staff, responded to my calls promptly and really looked out for me. After an awful experience with another company, SERVPRO of Bellaire exceeded my expectations. Having your house remediated for mold is a very stressful but they eased my mind and got the job done. SERVPRO of Bellaire was great and was in constant contact with me on when they arrived, everything they did every day and when they left for the day. I was also very impressed and happy with the cleaning crew. My house has never been cleaner and I’m a very clean person.
