John A. Greenway
President John Greenway grew up in Northwest Knoxville as his parents moved to find work at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He attended Central High School. He received a Baseball scholarship to Roane State Community College in Harriman, TN where he helped lead the team to victory in the state championship as team co-captain. He then earned a Baseball scholarship to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN earning Academic All American honors. It was here that he met wife Kristina who was on volleyball scholarship from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. John then transferred to the University of Tennessee to Complete his B.S. in Education. John is the proud father of two sons. He spent 18 years with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as a sales rep and later District Manager. John has earned his WRT, ASD and CDS certifications. John’s training has allowed him to become an expert in large losses.

Vice President Kristina Greenway was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Kristina attended Broward Junior College and then Austin Peay State University on a volleyball scholarship and was where she met her husband and business partner, John, who was on a baseball scholarship. After college Kristina moved to Knoxville, married, and then raised her two sons in the West Hills area. She spent many years volunteering and working on entrepreneurial efforts, such as opening a new greeting card line called Old Grouch™. She also attended Lincoln Memorial University where she was awarded dual master’s degrees. Kristina is passionate about education and helping others. Kristina is a visionary and this gift has been especially valuable to her work at SERVPRO of Rocky Hill/Sequoyah Hills/ South Knoxville. Kristina has been dedicated to helping others in the field of crime scene and biohazard cleanup. She has achieved one of the highest certifications in blood borne pathogen and biohazard cleanup through American BioRecovery Association (ABRA) by completing her Certified BioRecovery Masters (CBRM). She holds the office of Vice President of ABRA and is proactive in educating other companies of this nonprofit Educational Association. Kristina also holds active Certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water restoration (WRT), fire & smoke remediation (FSRT), and advanced microbial remediation (AMART). Kristina is passionate about helping people; in fact, her life's mission can be best defined with one statement: “Helping others in their time of need is one of life’s greatest privileges”™.

Lisa Breuer
Lisa Breuer serves as Finance Manager for SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville. She has been with Team Greenway since 2014 and became Finance Manager in early 2023, bringing decades of accounting experience and a strong small-business background to the organization.
Lisa’s career in accounting began when she was 17, working for the Campbell County School Board and handling a month-end journal entry. Since then, she has built more than 40 years of experience in the field. Today, she manages and mentors two Accounting Clerks, works closely with ownership and department managers, coordinates with outside accountants and financial advisors, and helps oversee other entities within the Team Greenway portfolio.
Her work supports the financial structure behind the company’s restoration services in the Knoxville area. Over the years, Lisa has improved financial systems and processes, implemented new software, developed internal controls and financial policies, helped ensure tax and regulatory compliance, managed reporting deadlines, and successfully supported numerous audits.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has earned additional certificates, awards, and honors. Outside of work, she enjoys mission trips, spending time with her grandchildren and family, reading, studying the Bible, teaching AWANA kids, walking, and completing Conquer Challenge trails.

Alan Lewis
Alan Lewis serves as General Manager for SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville. He has been with SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville since 2024, helping support the team’s day-to-day operations and customer-focused restoration services throughout the South Knoxville area.
In his role as General Manager, Alan helps keep projects, people, and processes moving so customers receive clear communication and dependable support during stressful property damage situations. From water damage restoration and fire damage restoration to mold remediation and cleanup services, his leadership helps the team stay organized and prepared to respond when homeowners and businesses need help.
Alan’s position plays an important part in connecting office operations, field teams, and customer needs. His work helps create a smoother experience for customers while supporting the crews who handle restoration and recovery work in the community.
As part of the local SERVPRO team, Alan helps reinforce the company’s commitment to responsive service, practical solutions, and helping properties move forward after unexpected damage.

Steven Kuhn serves as Human Resources Manager for SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across a wide range of industries, including law firms, large health systems, non-profits, technology, and zoological organizations.
Steven has been with SERVPRO of Rocky Hill / Sequoyah Hills / South Knoxville since 2024, helping support the people and processes behind the team’s restoration services in the Knoxville area. His background includes designing performance evaluation systems, implementing pay-for-performance structures, developing benefits programs, and improving HR operations through modern software solutions. His experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping systems, OSHA 10, and construction safety helps strengthen communication, organization, compliance, and employee support across the company.
One of Steven’s key contributions has been the implementation of BambooHR for SOP tracking, document management, electronic HR records, performance tracking, and organizational growth. He also brings a business intelligence mindset to HR, helping the company use better systems and information to support its team more effectively.
Steven holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially kayaking, fishing, and what he calls “chainsaw therapy.”
