Meet Our Team

Kelly Jones and her husband Scot have owned SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties since 2023. Having grown up on a tobacco farm means she is no stranger to hard work, and is willing to pull her weight any time she is needed. Kelly graduated with her Masters degree in Business Administration. She holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA 10), Green Belt (Six Sigma), Lean Applied to Business Processes (Six Sigma), and is currently working toward her Black Belt certification with Six Sigma. Kelly has also completed SERVPRO’s HeroReady Training Program, SERVPRO’s Business Development Program, and is an active member of Crossville Rotary Club. Outside of her career, Kelly is an avid outdoorswoman. Whether it is camping, or putting her feet in the sand on a beach, as long as she has her three sons with her, she is happy. She is a family-first, cheesecake loving, future sailboat owning, dog fan that always strives to find the goodness in the world.

When you think of work-horse, Scot Jones should immediately come to mind. He and his wife Kelly have owned the SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties franchise since 2023. Scot comes from a very strong background in reconstruction. Scot is certified in Water Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and certified and chartered by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture for Mold Remediation. He possesses and uses the ability to do anything and everything needed when it comes to a job. No matter the size or extent, Scot’s got it! He is a diehard New York Jets fan (seriously, he really is, and he admits it in front of people!). He’s never met a Twix bar that he doesn’t like. In his free time, he often daydreams about having more free time.

Crystal Davis is a Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties. Crystal is responsible for managing Field Supervisors and Crew Chiefs. She has 3 years’ experience in restoration. She started with SERVPRO in 2016. Crystal is certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), as well as Odor Control (OCT), and is currently completing certification for Water Restoration (WRT). As an organizational guru, Crystal is a go-to for estimates, time-on-job management, and project planning. Being a member of Fairfield Glade Rotary Club keeps her active in the community. She is an avid SEC football fan (Roll Tide!!!), DIYer, future pro baker, Miami transplant, and mom to one of the cutest kids ever.

Ayden Jones is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties. He has a year of mitigation experience and is certified in Water Restoration (WRT). Ayden is the oldest son of franchise owners Kelly and Scot Jones. When he isn’t learning the family business, Ayden can be found eating lasagna, watching anything related to Adam Sandler, planning a trip to Australia, and secretly enjoying a Miley Cyrus tune.

Colton Grimsley is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties. He is new to the restoration world and ready to learn all he can. Colton is a fan of saving money, the beach, the Star Wars Universe, and if he had to choose to be any animal, he would be a dolphin.

As a production technician for SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, Jamie Weedman is always willing to go above and beyond for our clients. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), and Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT). When Jamie isn’t striving to achieve greatness at work, he is pursuing his second profession as a self-proclaimed food enthusiast. He is hasty to anything tasty! With a strong diversion to negativity, a drive to be organized, and weekends full of DIY videos Jamie is a well-rounded addition to the SERVPRO team.

As the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, Keith is always searching for new ways to promote the franchise. His responsibilities include keeping customer relations in good standing, promoting the franchise and services, and connecting with the community. Coming from a background in sales and customer service he is well equipped and ready to be at the forefront of the high-quality mitigation and restoration services that SERVPRO provides. During his free time, he is an avid fan of paddle boarding/ kayaking, anything involving dogs, learning random facts to later dole out to an unimpressed crowd, dogs, 90s rock/ alt rock, dogs, and eating (oh glorious eating!!!).
