    Brian Kemp is the co-owner and operator of SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction, land development, and disaster restoration. His background includes hands-on installation, project management, and subcontracting for disaster response and restoration projects across the Southeast.

    Brian is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), holding certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). These credentials, combined with decades of field experience, ensure that every project is completed according to industry best practices and safety standards.

    With a strong focus on clear communication, quality workmanship, and fast response, Brian takes a hands-on approach to every job. He understands that fire and water damage can be overwhelming, and his goal is to guide property owners through the restoration process with confidence, transparency, and dependable results.

    Brian grew up in Middle Tennessee on a dairy farm, where he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way—lessons that continue to shape how he leads his business today. Outside of work, he enjoys music, spending time with his family, and life with his wife Laura and their three dogs. Brian considers himself blessed to work alongside a dedicated team of employees and takes great pride in building a company culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and service.

    Laura Kemp is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, where she provides operational, administrative, and marketing support that helps ensure a smooth and organized experience for every client. With more than 20 years of professional experience in design, administration, and customer service, Laura brings strong attention to detail, organization, and clear communication to the restoration process.

    In her professional career, Laura has worked with small business start-ups, large domestic corporations, and licensed brands, managing complex projects that required accuracy, coordination, and consistency. Her background includes overseeing licensing requirements, contract management, approvals, and stakeholder communication—skills that translate directly into supporting restoration operations and customer care.

    Laura grew up in Middle Tennessee and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Outside of work, she is a black belt in Wado-Ryu karate and values discipline, focus, and perseverance—qualities she brings into both her personal and professional life. She enjoys working out, riding horses, and spending time with her dogs, her family, and her husband Brian. Laura takes pride in being part of a locally owned business and is committed to supporting customers with compassion and professionalism during challenging times.
