Brian Kemp is the co-owner and operator of SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction, land development, and disaster restoration. His background includes hands-on installation, project management, and subcontracting for disaster response and restoration projects across the Southeast.

Brian is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), holding certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). These credentials, combined with decades of field experience, ensure that every project is completed according to industry best practices and safety standards.

With a strong focus on clear communication, quality workmanship, and fast response, Brian takes a hands-on approach to every job. He understands that fire and water damage can be overwhelming, and his goal is to guide property owners through the restoration process with confidence, transparency, and dependable results.

Brian grew up in Middle Tennessee on a dairy farm, where he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way—lessons that continue to shape how he leads his business today. Outside of work, he enjoys music, spending time with his family, and life with his wife Laura and their three dogs. Brian considers himself blessed to work alongside a dedicated team of employees and takes great pride in building a company culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and service.

Laura Kemp is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, where she provides operational, administrative, and marketing support that helps ensure a smooth and organized experience for every client. With more than 20 years of professional experience in design, administration, and customer service, Laura brings strong attention to detail, organization, and clear communication to the restoration process.

In her professional career, Laura has worked with small business start-ups, large domestic corporations, and licensed brands, managing complex projects that required accuracy, coordination, and consistency. Her background includes overseeing licensing requirements, contract management, approvals, and stakeholder communication—skills that translate directly into supporting restoration operations and customer care.

Laura grew up in Middle Tennessee and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Outside of work, she is a black belt in Wado-Ryu karate and values discipline, focus, and perseverance—qualities she brings into both her personal and professional life. She enjoys working out, riding horses, and spending time with her dogs, her family, and her husband Brian. Laura takes pride in being part of a locally owned business and is committed to supporting customers with compassion and professionalism during challenging times.

Crystal Davis is a Mitigation Project Manager at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties. Crystal is responsible for managing Field Supervisors and Crew Chiefs. She has 3 years’ experience in restoration. She started with SERVPRO in 2016. Crystal is certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), as well as Odor Control (OCT), and is currently completing certification for Water Restoration (WRT). As an organizational guru, Crystal is a go-to for estimates, time-on-job management, and project planning. Being a member of Fairfield Glade Rotary Club keeps her active in the community. She is an avid SEC football fan (Roll Tide!!!), DIYer, future pro baker, Miami transplant, and mom to one of the cutest kids ever.

Ayden Jones serves as the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, bringing years of hands-on mitigation experience in water, fire, and storm damage restoration. With a strong understanding of industry best practices and on-site procedures, he plays a critical role in ensuring each project is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Trauma Crime Scene (TCST).

Known for his quiet but confident leadership style, Ayden leads by example and maintains a calm, steady presence on every job site. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the work right the first time help ensure consistent results and clear communication throughout the restoration process. Dedicated to supporting both the team and the customer, he takes pride in delivering dependable outcomes during stressful situations.

Away from the SERVPRO warehouse, Ayden can be found eating lasagna, watching anything related to Adam Sandler, planning a trip to Australia, and secretly enjoying a Miley Cyrus tune.

Colton serves as a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties, where he is known for his exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism on every job site. With a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer care, Colton consistently earns five-star reviews from customers who appreciate his clear communication, trustworthy nature, and follow-through.

As a leader in the field, Colton takes pride in ensuring mitigation work is completed thoroughly and correctly, helping protect properties and minimize further damage. His dependable approach and strong work ethic make him a valued team member and a trusted point of contact for customers during stressful situations.

Colton is proud to serve the community and believes in giving back to the areas he works in every day. Outside of work, he enjoys finding ways to save money, relaxing at the beach, and diving into the Star Wars universe. And if he had to choose an animal to be, Colton says he’d be a dolphin—smart, adaptable, and always calm under pressure.

Jamie Weedman is a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Rhea, Sequatchie & Marion Counties who is always willing to go above and beyond for our clients—and it shows. Customers consistently praise Jamie’s professionalism, organization, and positive attitude, rewarding his hard work with glowing five-star reviews and repeat compliments for a job well done.

When he’s not striving for greatness on the job, Jamie is busy pursuing his second calling as a self-proclaimed food enthusiast—he’s proudly “hasty to anything tasty.” With a strong aversion to negativity, a love for staying organized, and weekends often filled with DIY videos, Jamie brings energy, reliability, and a well-rounded personality to the team that both coworkers and customers appreciate.
