Meet Our Team

RJ Robnett is a General Manager here at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. RJ is originally from Arkansas but relocated to the Clarksville area around 2015. He has a background in Welding and previously worked as a TVA Forman.

As our Office Manager, Rileigh plays a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. She oversees office workflows, supports communication between our customers, production teams, and insurance partners, and helps ensure every restoration project stays organized from start to finish. With her strong customer service background and exceptional organizational skills, Rileigh is committed to providing a seamless experience for both our clients and our team. She continues to grow her expertise in the restoration industry and is an invaluable part of the SERVPRO family.

Majesta As Operations Manager, Majesta oversees our daily operations, helping ensure every restoration project runs smoothly from start to finish. She coordinates teams, manages schedules, and keeps everything organized so we can provide fast, efficient service to our customers when they need us most. She has one son, and we’re grateful to have her on our team!

Danny is our Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. He joined the SERVPRO family in 2016, coming to us from out west with a diversified skill set. He has been a great asset to the team, as he is a fast learner with a positive attitude.

Melissa is a Production Manager with SERVPRO of Montgomery County. She has a few years of experience in the restoration field and about 30 years experience in customer service. In her down-time, she loves bowling and spending time with her family.

Juan is one of our Restoration Production Managers here at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. He's a hard worker and always has a smile on his face. We are thrilled to have him on Team Nicholson.

Estelsa is the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. She is originally from Venezuela and helps to keep our fire mitigation team moving smoothly. She has two beautiful daughters, loves houseplants, and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Gustavo is one of our Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Montgomery County, working in the fire mitigation division! He is originally from Venezuela and has many years of experience making any job, "Like it never even happened."

David is a dedicated and skilled Production Technician at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. With a passion for helping others, David expertly ensures top-notch service for clients in their time of need. David joined our team at the beginning of 2023 and we're glad to have him on board.

Denis is one of our dedicated Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Team Nicholson. He is responsible for tasks related to water damage restoration, fire damage mitigation, and mold remediation. Denis is a hard-working team member and family man.

As Executive Vice President of Operations for Team Nicholson, Bill Shook brings over 16 years of restoration industry experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Tarleton University, along with WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, and Lead-Based Paint certifications. Bill plays a key role in driving operational excellence across our multi-franchise group, with a focus on talent development, process improvement, and strategic growth.

Jeff Truitt serves as Executive Vice President of Revenue for Team Nicholson. Before stepping into this role, he served as our COO and previously held leadership positions including Chief of Staff to Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and CEO of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council. Since moving to Clarksville in 1992 while serving in the U.S. Air Force with Ft. Campbell Special Forces units, Jeff has remained deeply committed to the community. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.

Mari is a Restoration Supervisor for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Clarksville, TN. In her role, she leads crews on residential and commercial jobs, ensuring that cleanup, restoration, and reconstruction work is completed efficiently and to SERVPRO’s high standards. Mari oversees job site operations, communicates with customers, manages equipment and inventory, and ensures that safety procedures are followed at every step.

Maria is our Digital Content Specialist at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She creates and manages all the digital content in order to improve our online presence. With her attention to detail and love for quality, Maria makes sure our online presence truly represents us. Her friendly and helpful nature makes her a great team player, always ready to lend a hand. We're lucky to have Maria on the team!

Keith is a Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. In this role he is responsible for project initiation, planning, execution, and management, in order to successfully execute high quality service.

Eric is one of our Construction Managers at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. This former U.S. Army veteran has extensive knowledge in restoration work. He is also a husband and father. Prior to joining our team in 2023, Eric worked out of Smyrna.

Jason joined Team Nicholson as a Construction Manager in May of 2023. He is an United States Army veteran from Fort Campbell, and a father to one son. He enjoys spending time with his family and exercising.

Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.

Eddy Ritsema began his journey with Team Nicholson on our SERVPRO of Montgomery County Reconstruction team. He has since transitioned to Regional Training Consultant, heading up training and process improvement in our Fort Worth, TX and Memphis, TN locations. He brings more than 6 years of insurance adjusting and claims handling experience.

Now a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Manager. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.

Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from local Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.

Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.

Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.

Bringing more than 5 years experience with the SERVPRO brand and in the restoration industry, Tristen is one of Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's valued Large Loss Project Managers. He holds IICRC accreditation in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Tech, and Commercial Drying Specialty. Tristen's strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure commercial clients expectations are met.

Lori Wilson serves as Senior Vice President of Administration for Team Nicholson. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry—including time at SERVPRO Corporate—Lori brings extensive knowledge and leadership to our team. She holds Master certifications in Water, Fire, and Textile Restoration, is an IICRC Instructor, and also carries a general OSHA certification. Originally from Middle Tennessee, Lori is passionate about supporting our team’s growth and development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Sadie.

Tashauna Johnson is our Controller with us on our Regional Team. Coming to us at SERVPRO Team Nicholson from our Gallatin, TN, corporate offices, she has years of proven experience with our brand and expertise in her field.

Taylor is the Training & Development Assistant for SERVPRO Team Nicholson. A Tennessee native, she graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Marketing. Taylor supports new employee onboarding and ongoing team development across the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Molly is Team Nicholson's Chief Treat Officer and loyal companion to Accounting Clerk, Reagan. With more than 2 years of experience in being a very good girl, she enjoys boosting morale in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office and frequently works in the Treats Receivable department.

Nathan is one of our Crew Chiefs. He was born and raised in California for the first 23 years of his life. He relocated to Tennessee 3 years ago to be with the rest of his family. We are happy to have him on Team Nicholson!

Richard is a Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. Originally from Venezuela, he brings focus, discipline, and leadership to every job site. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and their newborn baby. His dedication to both his team and his family is something we truly value.

Joshua is a dedicated Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of Montgomery County, where he plays a key role in restoring homes and businesses. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Joshua ensures every project meets our high standards. We are so happy to have him on the team!

Before SERVPRO, Adam spent 9 years as an Army Officer leading Soldiers, deploying to Iraq, and managing over $31M in mission-critical equipment. Adam knows what it means to operate under pressure, manage complex logistics, and be accountable to the people depending on you. That's how Adam approaches every commercial relationship.

Dani is an Accounting Specialist on Team Nicholson for SERVPRO of Montgomery County. She's helpful to our team by performing a variety of accounting tasks every day! Her hard work is appreciated!

Alec is the Regional Supervisor Construction Division at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. Alec is no stranger to SERVPRO and has worked for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in our Florida, Texas, and Tennessee locations. He is also a recipient of one of our Employee of the Year awards for 2022. Alec is ready to help at a moment’s notice.

Magdiel is one of our Production Technicians here at SERVPRO of Montgomery County. He works incredibly hard to get any type or size of disaster cleaned up! We're lucky to have him on our team.
