Brian Kemp is an owner of SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction, land development, and disaster restoration. His background includes hands-on installation, project management, and subcontracting for disaster response and restoration projects across the Southeast.
Brian is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), holding certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). These credentials, combined with decades of field experience, ensure that every project is completed according to industry best practices and safety standards.
With a strong focus on clear communication, quality workmanship, and fast response, Brian takes a hands-on approach to every job. He understands that fire and water damage can be overwhelming, and his goal is to guide property owners through the restoration process with confidence, transparency, and dependable results.
Brian grew up in Pleasant Shade, Tennessee on a dairy farm, where he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way—lessons that continue to shape how he leads his business today. Outside of work, he enjoys wood-working, mid-century architecture, music, spending time with his family, and life with his wife Laura and their three dogs. Brian considers himself blessed to work alongside a dedicated team of employees and takes great pride in building a company culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and service.

Laura Kemp is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties, where she provides operational, administrative, and marketing support that helps ensure a smooth and organized experience for every client.
Laura grew up in Middle Tennessee and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, reading, horseback riding, crafting and spending time with her dogs, her family, and her husband Brian. Laura takes pride in being part of a locally owned business and is committed to supporting customers with compassion and professionalism during challenging times.
A few fun facts: Laura is a coffee-loving morning person, has a black belt in Wado-Ryu karate, is a sucker for anything vintage and loves house music and Randy Travis equally. Her favorite quote is: "If you aren't willing to sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice."

Crystal Davis - Operations Manager
Crystal joined the SERVPRO team in October 2017 and has been an essential part of helping the company grow and run like a well-oiled machine ever since. She plays a key role in organizing operations and supporting both the team and customers during challenging times.
What Crystal enjoys most about her work is helping customers through situations they’ve often never had to face before, as well as watching her coworkers grow and succeed alongside her.
Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with her daughter and friends. Some of her favorite local spots include Welch’s Point, Lost Creek, and Bloom Coffee.
Her teammates would describe her as dependable, supportive, and full of energy. She’s inspired by the scripture, “You are the salt of the earth, you are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:13–16), which she carries into her daily life and work.
A few fun facts: Crystal is a big Harry Potter fan, loves a good matcha or chia latte, and dreams of vacationing in Spain or the UK. If she could have any superpower, she’d choose teleportation—so she could get where she needs to be in an instant!

As our Office Administrator, she takes incoming leads, assists with scheduling, and answers questions—guiding customers through the process with patience, clarity, and care during what is often a stressful time.
With more than 30 years of administrative experience in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, and new construction, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady, reliable presence to the SERVPRO team. We especially appreciate her constant optimism and strong customer rapport, which help put callers at ease and build trust from the start. Amy truly enjoys being able to help people through difficult situations and is known for making customers feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys traveling, especially going on cruises. One of her favorite local spots is Meadow Park Lake – Soldiers Beach, where she enjoys picnicking, swimming, and fishing. Her teammates describe her as friendly, helpful, and positive, and she lives by the motto, “My bad day is someone’s good. Be grateful always.”
A self-proclaimed coffee lover and book enthusiast, one of Amy’s favorite reads is The Five People You Meet in Heaven. Her dream vacation is to explore Scotland, and if she could have any superpower, it would be the ability to eat anything without gaining weight—who wouldn’t want that? Outside of his mitigation work, Ethan loves being outdoors, either fishing, shooting, or playing with his dogs. He would someday like to travel to Jamaica and his favorite dessert is cheesecake.
