Meet Our Team

Brian Kemp is an owner of SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction, land development, and disaster restoration. His background includes hands-on installation, project management, and subcontracting for disaster response and restoration projects across the Southeast.

Brian is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), holding certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). These credentials, combined with decades of field experience, ensure that every project is completed according to industry best practices and safety standards.

With a strong focus on clear communication, quality workmanship, and fast response, Brian takes a hands-on approach to every job. He understands that fire and water damage can be overwhelming, and his goal is to guide property owners through the restoration process with confidence, transparency, and dependable results.

Brian grew up in Pleasant Shade, Tennessee on a dairy farm, where he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way—lessons that continue to shape how he leads his business today. Outside of work, he enjoys wood-working, mid-century architecture, music, spending time with his family, and life with his wife Laura and their three dogs. Brian considers himself blessed to work alongside a dedicated team of employees and takes great pride in building a company culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and service.

Laura Kemp is the co-owner of SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties, where she provides operational, administrative, and marketing support that helps ensure a smooth and organized experience for every client.

Laura grew up in Middle Tennessee and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, reading, horseback riding, crafting and spending time with her dogs, her family, and her husband Brian. Laura takes pride in being part of a locally owned business and is committed to supporting customers with compassion and professionalism during challenging times.

A few fun facts: Laura is a coffee-loving morning person, has a black belt in Wado-Ryu karate, is a sucker for anything vintage and loves house music and Randy Travis equally. Her favorite quote is: "If you aren't willing to sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice."

Crystal joined the SERVPRO team in October 2017 and has been an essential part of helping the company grow and run like a well-oiled machine ever since. She plays a key role in organizing operations and supporting both the team and customers during challenging times.

What Crystal enjoys most about her work is helping customers through situations they’ve often never had to face before, as well as watching her coworkers grow and succeed alongside her.

Outside of work, Crystal loves spending time with her daughter and friends. Some of her favorite local spots include Welch’s Point, Lost Creek, and Bloom Coffee.

Her teammates would describe her as dependable, supportive, and full of energy. She’s inspired by the scripture, “You are the salt of the earth, you are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:13–16), which she carries into her daily life and work.

A few fun facts: Crystal is a big Harry Potter fan, loves a good matcha or chia latte, and dreams of vacationing in Spain or the UK. If she could have any superpower, she’d choose teleportation—so she could get where she needs to be in an instant!

Ayden Jones serves as the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties, bringing years of hands-on mitigation experience in water, fire, and storm damage restoration. With a strong understanding of industry best practices and on-site procedures, he plays a critical role in ensuring each project is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Trauma Crime Scene (TCST).

Known for his quiet but confident leadership style, Ayden leads by example and maintains a calm, steady presence on every job site. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the work right the first time help ensure consistent results and clear communication throughout the restoration process. Dedicated to supporting both the team and the customer, he takes pride in delivering dependable outcomes during stressful situations. His teammates describe him as the “Terry Crews twin,” which speaks to both his strength and his upbeat personality.

Outside of work, Ayden loves to travel and explore new places. Locally, you might find him enjoying a meal at Pour House. His favorite motto is: “Genuinely good people live genuinely longer.”

Colton serves as a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & Counties, where he is known for his exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism on every job site. With a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer care, Colton consistently earns five-star reviews from customers who appreciate his clear communication, trustworthy nature, and follow-through.

Outside of work, Colton enjoys basketball, trying new foods, and traveling. One of his favorite spots is Tokyo, and his dream vacation destination is Bora Bora.

A fun fact? If he could choose a superpower, Colton would pick teleportation—fitting for someone who’s always ready to jump in and help wherever he’s needed!

Jamie Weedman is a Production Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties who is always willing to go above and beyond for our clients—and it shows. Customers consistently praise Jamie’s professionalism, organization, and positive attitude, rewarding his hard work with glowing five-star reviews and repeat compliments for a job well done.

Rob is a dedicated Construction Specialist at SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties. With extensive hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, he plays an essential role in helping customers rebuild and recover after property damage.

As a veteran, Rob brings discipline, integrity, and perseverance to every project he takes on. Known for being hardworking and quietly focused, he approaches each job with careful attention to detail and a commitment to doing it right the first time.

What Rob enjoys most about his work is seeing the relief and smiles on customers’ faces after they’ve gone through a stressful situation. Helping families and businesses restore not just their property—but their peace of mind—is what drives him every day.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys fishing and spending time working on his home. His favorite quote, “Do the best you can and never give up,” reflects both his personal values and his professional approach.

Jimmie joined SERVPRO in early 2024 and quickly became a valued part of the team. His role covers demolition, cleaning, and just about anything that needs to be done on the job site. With a strong background in construction and demolition work, Jimmie brings both skill and dedication to every project.

What he enjoys most about his job is working alongside his fellow employees and the satisfaction that comes when a job is completed. Known by his teammates as hard-working, funny, and reliable, Jimmie takes pride in being a team player who can always be counted on.

Outside of work, Jimmie enjoys working on vehicles and spending quality time with his family. He’s a big fan of authentic Mexican food (with margaritas on the side!) and loves diving into adventure stories like Into the Wild. His dream vacation is a trip to Ireland, and if he could choose any superpower, he’d want to be invincible.

Kamron has been a valued member of the SERVPRO team since 2024. As a Production Crew Chief, he specializes in water mitigation and takes pride in helping customers navigate stressful situations with efficiency and care. Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, Kamron approaches every job with focus, speed, and attention to detail, making him someone both customers and teammates can count on. Kamron is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), holding certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).

Outside of work, Kamron enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his fiancée. You’ll often find him at the fairgrounds or the drag strip, taking in local events and activities. His teammates describe him as motivated, fast, and funny, and he lives by the motto, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”

A true coffee enthusiast, Kamron’s favorite movie is Fast & Furious 5, and he dreams of taking a cruise to the Bahamas. If he could have any superpower, he’d choose immortality. We’re proud to have Kamron on our SERVPRO team.

Amy joined the SERVPRO team in 2025 and plays a vital role in supporting customers from the very first phone call. As our Office Administrator, she takes incoming leads, assists with scheduling, and answers questions—guiding customers through the process with patience, clarity, and care during what is often a stressful time.

With more than 30 years of administrative experience in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, and new construction, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and a steady, reliable presence to the SERVPRO team. We especially appreciate her constant optimism and strong customer rapport, which help put callers at ease and build trust from the start. Amy truly enjoys being able to help people through difficult situations and is known for making customers feel heard and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys traveling, especially going on cruises. One of her favorite local spots is Meadow Park Lake – Soldiers Beach, where she enjoys picnicking, swimming, and fishing. Her teammates describe her as friendly, helpful, and positive, and she lives by the motto, “My bad day is someone’s good. Be grateful always.”

A self-proclaimed coffee lover and book enthusiast, one of Amy’s favorite reads is The Five People You Meet in Heaven. Her dream vacation is to explore Scotland, and if she could have any superpower, it would be the ability to eat anything without gaining weight—who wouldn’t want that? We’re proud to have Amy on our SERVPRO team, bringing compassion, positivity, and exceptional customer care to everything she does.

Ethan joined our SERVPRO team in 2025 as a Mitigation Technician. A true team player, he brings a solid work ethic and a consistently positive attitude to every job. Always smiling and known for his genuine kindness (and great hugs), he’s a bright spot for both our team and our customers.

Outside of his mitigation work, Ethan loves being outdoors, either fishing, shooting, or playing with his dogs. He would someday like to travel to Jamaica and his favorite dessert is cheesecake.

Stacie Smith joined our SERVPRO team as a Mitigation Technician in 2025. In addition to mitigation work, she specializes in content cleaning, where her meticulous attention to detail truly shines. Stacie holds her own on water loss jobs alongside the guys and is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to getting the job done right. Empathic and kind, she enjoys helping customers in their time of need.

Fun facts: Stacie is highly creative. She loves to cook and create stained glass artwork. Her favorite Crossville spot is the Pour House. Well-traveled, it's no surprise one of her favorite quotes is "Travel changes you, leaving marks on you as you do on the world."

Samuel DeLeon is the newest member of our SERVPRO team, joining as a Mitigation Technician. He quickly proved himself to be a hard worker who is reliable and committed to our customers. Samuel isn’t afraid of long hours or late-night calls and can be counted on to step in when water loss emergencies need immediate attention. His favorite aspect of his job is meeting new people everyday.

Outside of his career at SERVPRO, Samuel enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He loves Chik-fil-A, is passionate about cars, and would one day like to travel to Japan.
