Jacob is our General Manager and has been with us since 2020. He has an extensive background in Marketing and Project Management which make him a solid lead for our operations. When he is not at work or wrangling his busy family of 6 he encourages his team to work hard and continue their education in the industry. He leads by example and also holds several IICRC certifications:

Jodee has been the Human Resources Manager here at SERVPRO since August of 2023, but that's just how long she has been on actual payroll with us. She has been a member of the SERVPRO family and supported us whenever she got a chance since 2020, so she was the perfect fit for HR. Jodee also spends a lot of time with her family as well as volunteering within the community through her church. You don't see her sitting down very often, but when you do it's to cheer on her favorite team the Oregon Ducks.

Nikki Schellpeper has an impressive and lengthy time with SERVPRO. She started at SERVPRO of Alachua County West in Florida in 2015 as Office Admin and became Office Manager/Marketing Manager over her time there. In July of 2022 she moved to SERVPRO of Sioux Falls as Operations Manager before stepping into the Business Development Specialist role. Now she is the Business Development Manager for us here at SERVPRO of Rapid City. She has multiple Certifications with IICRC:

Andy is a Army Veteran with an extensive background in Construction and Project Processes who began serving us at SERVPRO in 2023. Andy has stepped up to lead our reconstruction team.

Mario has worked for SERVPRO of Rapid City since February of 2019. Before working at SERVPRO He worked in the construction industry. He enjoys working hard so he can play hard. Mario has worked hard for our customers her at SERVPRO and holds multiple IICRC Certifications:

Paul Alley began as SERVPRO's next door neighbor and his curiosity got the best of him after watching all the hustle and bustle next door. He went from owning his own Landscaping business to Crew Chief in December of 2023 and now is one of our Production Managers of our fire/water crews. In his time here he already has the following Certifications:

Taylor started her time with us here at SERVPRO in March 2024 as part of the fire crew. She has worn many hats in the past, including warehouse worker and as a certified welder, so her strong organization skills have led her into the Contents Supervisor role. When she is not taking care of our customer's precious belongings you can find her riding her Harley with her husband or spending time with her family. Taylor holds the following Certifications:

Randy has been with SERVPRO of Rapid City since August of 2019. Before he came to work for SERVPRO he was a construction laborer. Randy enjoys listening to all kinds of music in his time off.

Mason joined the SERVPRO team in 2023 as a Restoration Technician and has quickly become a Water Crew Chief. When he's not on the stage rapping he is taking care of customer's needs and immersing himself in his role as Crew Chief. He also studies hard and holds the following IICRC Certification:

Karl has a very diverse background having been a resident of Rapid City for 29 years. He has worked in sales nationally and locally and has had over 10 and a half years experience specifically in the construction lumber industry. Karl is usually one of the first people in the office and the last one to leave due to his passion for his job and the customers he is helping. Karl loves outdoor sports such as skiing and biking, all things College and Pro Football, and spending time with his family and precious grandchildren. Though it may seem that doesn't leave time for much else, he always finds the time to attend a concert when his favorite cover band, Hairball is in the area.

Joe, an Illinois native came to SERVPRO in 2024 after working the Roofing industry for the last 4 Years. His knowlege in the industry as well as experience in building materials has made him an integral part of the team. When not at work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors, especially Hiking which he developed a love for back in his Boy Scout days.

Josh started with SERVPRO in October of 2023 as a part of our In-house Construction Crew. He has an extensive background in construction that spans throughout his whole working career and has held many certifications such as Plumbers apprentice, MSHA certified, Confined Spaced Certified, OSHA certification, and has held his General Contractors license. Not only has he worked for many home builders in the area, he has also owned his own business in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We keep Josh pretty busy around here, but in his spare time when he's not sharing house plants with with the rest of the staff you can find him walking his dog or hiking and camping with his family.

Drew has been a part of our Construction Team since November of 2020. He has worked in the construction industry his whole working life and brings not only a lot of knowledge to the team, but also compassion for our customers and great customer service. Drew has a growing family and if you ask him what he enjoys doing when he's not spending time with them or working he will tell you his hobby is working. Due to his many years in the industry Drew holds the following certifications:

10 & 30 Hour OSHA Certification

American General Contractor Certification

Forklift & Bobcat Certifications

Mike W. has been with SERVPRO since November 2023 as a member of our In-house Construction Team. Mike brings a ton of skills to our team and is a finish Carpentry guru, having 22 years of experience in custom cabinetry. In his off time he enjoys swinging his clubs at the golf course and he also slings a pretty mean bowling ball.

Dustin has been with us since 2024, but has many years of experience in internal processes and job file coordination. Dustin is also the picture of perfect health from his years as a college baseball, pitching a deadly fastball as well as being a personal trainer. When he is not at work cracking us all up with his office humor he can be found spending time with his family, scouring the black Hills for the best craft brewery or at home flexing his extreme green thumb like a mad scientist in a flower laboratory.

Tucker has been a great addition to our Restoration Crew in 2025. He is not afraid to get dirty or be in confined spaces when helping our customers with their restoration emergencies due to his background in the mining industry of the Black Hills. When he is not busy helping our customers you can find him spending time with friends and family or wheeling around in one of his many eclectic modes of transportation with his "best girl" Terra by his side.
