Welcome to SERVPRO of Rock Hill & York County. We are a local family owned business located in Fort Mill South Carolina for the past 10 years. Over these years we have seen tremendous growth in the York County area. Many new homes and shops have been built along with business relocating to the communities. One of the many positives is the school system that has ranked near the top in South Carolina. This is due to the great staff and the community that's support the system. We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise.  Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets.
