OUR STORY
We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise. Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets. Our team works 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.” ® We are locally and woman owned.

We had water damage from a flooded washer. Jamel and his team were prompt, kind and professional. He was very thorough explaining what we needed done to complete the job. Would highly recommend Servpro, Jamel and his team along with Taylor the production manager.
After a water related disaster in our laundry dumped a large amount of water into our house and crawl space, we were so thankful for Servpro. Jamel and his team showed up to our house on a Saturday night within an hour of us calling. They were very professional, courteous and informative about the water remediation process. They quickly evaluated our situation and began the process to stabilize and reduce the water damage. Their quick and professional response to the stressful situation we found ourselves in was so appreciated. We highly recommend them!
Professional team. Arrived as promised, assessed area impacted and shared plan to remediate. Quickly removed damaged flooring and at end of each day area was cleaned up and we informed of next steps in the process. Progress was seen daily. We highly recommend them.
