Over these years we have seen tremendous growth in the York County area. Many new homes and shops have been built along with business relocating to the communities. One of the many positives is the school system that has ranked near the top in South Carolina. This is due to the great staff and the community that's support the system. We are proud to be a part of this fast growing community with our restoration company. Our staff is ready to help all residents and business owners with any fire and water damage restoration service.

We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise. Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets.
