About Us

They helped us with some smoke remediation. They came out on a Saturday evening within a few hours of us calling and had the smell gone by Monday.

SERVPRO did a great job at our Altar’d State store in Charleston. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that they took the initiative to coordinate with the plumber we had scheduled, helping address the root cause of the leak instead of just the damage. Great people to deal with—highly recommend.

Michael Watson was very polite and professional and handle business

We called Servpro when water started pouring through our ceiling due to a leak on the floor above us. They were so easy to work with, came out within 30 minutes of the issue, immediately got to work, communicated everything with us as they went, and on top of all that, were extremely friendly. Shout out to Dustin and John for taking care of us!

We experienced a water leak on our 2 nd floor. The ServPro team arrived and explained exactly what needed to be done. They coordinated with the insurance company adjuster and the team effort has turned out to be fantastic. The ServPro employees were exceptionally talented and professional and the results are exactly what we had hoped for when we started. They did what they said. We are very pleased. Our new flooring and repairs returned our home back to its original look and feel.

Servpro does amazing Job on both Mitigation and Reconstruction. They are polite and efficient in how they do the job.
