I want to give a huge shout out to the SERVPRO team that help save my home from extensive damage due to a water leak: Preston, Misty, Billy Robbie, Key, and Jeremy! They made the process as seamless as possible and were accommodating, kind, and kept up with daily communication about the state of the water damage and moisture levels in my home. I am more than satisfied with everything this team did for us, especially right around the holidays and during weekends.
Due to an emergency situation, we had some significant water damage to our home, and the following day SERVPRO was on site to assess the damage and moisture levels. They got started mitigating the damage immediately and were so wonderful about working with my family's schedule. They worked for about a week and a half and were nothing but absolutely nice.
