Meet Our Team

Melissa Pelletier is the Director of Operations at SERVPRO of Providence. Melissa has 15 years of office management experience and has been with SERVPRO for 10 years and has her Associates Degree in Administration. Melissa has also received a certification in DryBook and has received SERVPRO's on the job training. Melissa loves helping people through extremely overwhelming situations, and she likes to spend time with her family and friends.

CJ is the Director of Production at SERVPRO of East Greenwich/Warwick. After attaining his bachelors degree from Fitchburg State, CJ joined us as a technician for one year and has spent his most recent four years with us as a project manager. He has received certifications as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. CJ participates in various community service and charity events and enjoys exercising, golfing, and meeting new people.

Igor Marroquin is our in house renaissance man! He’s an expert at building rapport and establishing strong business relationships as our Executive Account Manager. His strengths lie in quickly being able to assess & communicate the benefits of products, services, and business decisions. Igor has held positions as a District Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager, and is also a Certified Personal Trainer/Manager. Igor’s been a valuable asset in the industry for over twelve years and also holds an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Water Restoration Technician and also has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He lives in Providence, RI and loves to ski in the winter and golfs in the warmer months. He loves to exercise and stay fit and he’s very active within his church community.

Andres Garcia is a Crew Chief and has been with SERVPRO of East Greenwich/Warwick for 25 years. He is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Andres enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Tomas is a Restoration Technician on our team and has been with us for three years. Tomas loves spending time with his wife and their three children when he’s not working.

Otto joined our team mid last year and has been a great addition to our production technicians since. He previously worked with furniture, and has also worked for UPS. He has a great wealth of experience in cleaning offices and commercial buildings. Otto currently lives in Central Falls and enjoys spending time with his family.

Prior to working at SERVPRO, Alyssa had worked for a disaster restoration company in North Carolina. She also grew up in a construction family and she’s been a carpenter since 2009. In her role as Reconstruction Project Manager, she likes helping people get back to their daily lives after unfortunate circumstances and enjoys the family-like atmosphere at our office. In her off time, she like to hang out with her kids and watch football or go hiking.

Carlos is our Production Crew Technician. He enjoys spending time with his coworkers and developing long lasting friendships.

Fredy worked in mitigation even before joining our team. He prides himself on the care he put into each job. In Fredy’s personal time, he loves to play soccer.

Ivan Melo is our Project Manager. He loves that SERVPRO offers a family style office setting and he always gets to help people in need. Ivan also enjoys that each job he goes to each day is new and different. He likes baseball, reading, traveling, and volunteering at youth development programs.

Jose Soberanis is a Production Technician on our team. Jose likes the intricate details of mitigation & cleaning. He’s a car enthusiast and enjoys detailing cars.

Martin Ortiz Urizar is a Crew Chief on our team. Martin likes that each day brings a new experience and that he’s consistently learning new things.

Miguel Medina is a Production Technician on our team. He loves doing demolition and enjoys working on personal fitness.

Stephen Demagistris is a Reconstruction Coordinator for us. Has worked in disaster restoration since 1984. He loves that his SERVPRO coworkers have been so welcoming and are awesome people. He loves sports; hockey, football, baseball, racquetball, tennis, golf, and more!

Zachary Carden is a Project Manager on our team. Zachary has been working with SERVPRO since 2018 where he began in Mississippi. He loves to golf and be outdoors.

Zulma Gonzalez is a Production Crew Technician on our team. He loves to dance and sing on her time off and enjoys quality time with her children.

Brian, our ever-dependable Reconstruction Project Manager, is a true Rhode Island native through and through. He's been a part of our family for over two years now, always bringing his A-game to the workplace. He's not just a colleague, he's become a cornerstone of our team, offering invaluable insights and dedication that truly makes a difference. We're really lucky to have Brian with us.
