Josue Rivera
Josue Rivera is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of The Main Line with two years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT). Josue's expertise and dedication ensure that homeowners and businesses receive top-quality restoration services for water, fire, and mold damage.
Kimberly Greenman
Kim is a Production Manager at Team May. Kim has been with us for 13 years and her strengths are fire remediation and helping clients navigate the cleaning process after a loss. She is excellent with water and mold as well, and can handle any size loss we encounter. Kim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Trauma and Crime Scene Technician.
Susan Miller
Susan Miller is the Office Manager for Team May. She is responsible for managing the Job File Coordinators (JFC) team, overseeing daily office operations, and ensuring job file administration is handled accurately and efficiently. In her role, Sue assists with training, motivating, and guiding the office team while helping maintain smooth communication between customers, the production team, and management. She plays an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience and helping every project run as smoothly as possible.

The SERVPRO team made what was and could have been very stressful event relatively painless and I really appreciate that they worked around our busy schedule to get the work done.
