John White was very personable and assessed the water-affected area thoroughly. Then, he explained each step of the drying process, in addition to clearly highlighting all of the damaged areas. After cleaning out debris, they quickly set up the drying equipment. It was very professionally done, as I expected. I have used ServPro before and received the same level of excellent service.
