Co-Owner: Jason Roberts

With over 12 years in the industry, Jason stepped into the role of owner in 2021.

Our customers could not have a better advocate for them. And our employees could not have a better leader. Jason's focus is on making sure our customers have an exceptional experience and he also helps us by developing relationships with both vendors and in the community. His approach is always God and customer-centered, leading with a servants heart.

Jason is a IICRC Certified technician for Fire, Water and Mold damage remediation.

Co-Owner: Dave Roberts

Dave, the Father of Jason, has worked for SERVPRO as an office manager since 2019 and bought into this franchise in 2021.

“To be honest, I was overdue for a change as I had been with one company for 38 years”, Dave recalls. So he accepted their offer and has been there ever since, learning the ins & outs of SERVPRO.

I like helping people who have had to go through a bad experience & we try to make it as smooth & efficient as possible to get them back to like it never even happened”, says Dave

Dave has many years service in the US Air Force and enjoys vacationing with his wife, sons, and 4 grandchildren. Dave keeps our office running smoothly and we are grateful for his dedication.

Production Manager: Craig Kauffman

I have been working in the industry for 12 plus years. I have been a volunteer firefighter for 26 years. I love hanging out with family and friends and all the kids. They are my life and keep me going in life specially my fiancé that supports me through everything. I enjoy the outdoors hunting, water skiing and definitely the beach.

What I love about working for this company is helping people when they have a tragedy in their home and walking them through the process of their loss and get it back together like it never happened. Best part is when I go home I feel good about helping our customers out and giving them peace of mind that everything will be ok.

I thank the owners and team for everything they help me through each an everyday.

Marketing Manager: Amanda Roberts

Amanda, Jason’s wife, has been working as the marketing manager since 2023. She has a background in Social Work and has owned 2 businesses in the past. She also homeschools she and Jason’s 2 boys. Amanda’s endeavors in owning businesses fuels her knowledge and expertise in marketing. With a social work background, she loves to help people and this company is a perfect fit for this!

Rebuild Manager: Scott Holtry

Scott has had a love of building since a young age that continues to this day. He has been involved with many facets of construction for over 20 years, owning his own construction business since 2008. Prior to that, he worked for a home builder in the Washington DC area while attending Rockville College and studying Building Trades Technologies. Scott and his wife Kadie are both graduates from Big spring high school, and have two children enrolled there now.

Office Manager, Jason Prifer has worked in the restoration business since 2002. He started with us in October 2025. We are thrilled to have his experience and expertise on our team.

Landon has 5 years in the industry and two years with this franchise.

In his free time he's either with family, at the shooting range, doing other outdoor activities or his passion, bowling! He's bowled over 54, 300's in his career.

Technician: Davis Moore

“I’m Davis Moore. When I can, I work part time for the company. I go with some of the full-time guys and help and learn at the same time.”

Technician: Joseph Brenize

"My name is Joey, and I've had a great time working for this company. Everyone is really kind; it's almost like a second family. I've also learned some new skills that I am able to apply to my every day life, thanks to this job. I love being able to help people in an emergency situation"

Technician: Jessica Beck

I spend the majority of my time as Mom, but in my spare time, I help out when we get large jobs. I've been with the company on and off for the last 6 years. Fall is my favorite season, I just LOVE Christmas time. Going on cruises has become something we love doing as a family, traveling is great for a reset; we've got to see so many new fun places. I try to capture all the special moments, pictures bring me much joy.
