Had a second floor toilet overflow. Our insurance adjuster contacted Servpro Scranton to mitigate the damage. They were here within hours. Walter and his team were fantastic. They were very professional and were excellent with communication. Walter explained every step in the process and was very happy to answer any questions we had. Walter even gave us his cell phone number for us to call him over the weekend if we needed anything or had any further questions. My wife and I were very impressed with their service!
