Ice dams had built up on my roof and the melting ice was causing my ceiling to leak. The damage was getting extremely bad. Glad that I was made aware of water mitigation and that SERVPRO services my area. They quickly removed all the wet sheetrock and helped kill the mold that was found. They also left enough equipment to dry out the areas in a matter of days. Thank you.

My experience with SERVPRO was amazing and I rarely write reviews, but this one deserved some special attention. Specifically tech Eddie A. and Jennifer! In the middle of a TERRIBLE PA snowstorm we had a pipe burst in our home and suffered some water damage in multiple rooms. Unfortunately, my husband and I were on the West Coast and were in a bit of a panic. SERVPRO went out the next day bright and early and got to work! Not only did they have some of the most challenging conditions to work in, but they had to be able to communicate what was going on via phone calls and photos. Eddie did such an incredibly thorough job and even checked out other parts of the house before he wrapped up the job. (Just to make sure there weren't other damaged areas) I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in a water crisis!

i left a candle lit and it caught my drapes on fire. we had soot everywhere . After SERVPROS team left it was like the fire never happened.

floors were very dirty. SERVPRO was able to clean them very well and bring the life back into the floor.
