Fast, efficient and thorough!

The two gentleman cleaned up animal droppings from some kind of animal that got into the basement. I did notice that there was one spot behind the washer and dryer that they missed. Because i am temporarily disabled, I could not deal with this issue myself. They disinfected the areas and cleaned the floor except for behind the washer and dryer. They were both respectful and kind. When I pointed out an area that did not look clean, Bruce Jr. went back down and cleaned it. They respected my request that they wear foot covers. I did think the price was a bit high, but was informed that this was considered considered a haz mat job. That made sense. The nice person at the home office did what she could regarding the cost. I had figured that the cost would be between $250 to $300, but instead it was nearly $400. I am giving 4 out of 5 due to the cost and because of some material that was missed in the clean up. All of the folks I interacted with were helpful, kind, and respectful. I would recommend Serv Pro to others.

I called John C. on a Sunday and he was able to connect me with his team and get the mitigation process underway. Austin and his team removed the damaged areas got the equipment set up in what seemed like no time! They did a great job with all of the cuts and cleanup. I would highly recommend Austin and his team.
