KKoby Printzenhoff is General Manager for both of our franchises! With several years of experience, Koby has added so much value to our team with his ambition, drive, and knowledge. His certifications include IICRC certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ADS), Water Damage Restoration Technician, Trauma and Crime Scene Technician, Applied Microbial Restoration, Lead Paint, as well as a certification for Successful Subrogation I for claims, among others. We're very proud to have him as a big part of our expanding business!

Shawn Karschner is the Marketing Manager and Mold Project Manager at SERVRPRO of Lewisburg/Selinsgrove with over 18 years of experience. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. Shawn serves as our Continuing Education Class Instructor and provides most of our Mold Remediation Estimates and Inspections

Ben is our Business Development Manager and Fire Sales Manager for our two franchises. He adds over 20 years of local business experience in advertising, marketing, and business relations to our team. He is IICRC certified in Fire Smoke & Odor Restoration. His focus on the customer first mentality and professionalism bring our team and our customers a tremendous value helping them thru the complicated fire restoration process.

Dalton is our Production Manager and Certified Project Manager. He's responsible for scheduling all our jobs which demands detail and flexibility in our ever changing calendar. His years of experience provides top notch knowledge and efficiency to our customers homes and businesses.

Alex Taylor is a crew chief for SERVPRO of Lewisburg/Selinsgrove. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration as a Water Removal Technician. He also specializes in our professional carpet cleaning and enjoys working with our customers. He also gets by far the most thank you cards and great reviews for his friendly demeanor.

Ryan Snook is our Reconstruction Manager and comes with 10+ years of experience operating his own successful construction company locally. He brings a tremendous value to our reconstruction department restoring our customers properties back to "preloss" condition.

Restoration Supervisor 3. Sam is one of our leading project managers that is very detailed and passionate about running his jobs efficiently based on customer's needs. His many years of experience adds a huge value to our team.

Eric is a our most vibrant personality Restoration Technicians with several years of experience in construction and flooring industries. Owning his own successful business and servicing customers for many years.

Tim is one of our most experienced restoration supervisors. He's been in the restoration industry for many years and takes pride in being very detailed on all his assigned jobs for home and business owners. He's a huge value to our team.

Carla is the first friendly comforting voice you here when you call our office. She's our dedicated receptionist and office assistant to the hundreds of moving parts of the restoration industry. She's professional and a great bubbly addition our team needs to keep us going. :)

Brenda is our office manager and assigned "Mom" looking after all of the team members with her vast experience of almost 20 years here at SERVPRO. She handles hundreds of duties in dozens of areas and we know, if anyone knows, Brenda knows :)

Lauren is our dedicated Job Coordinator among many other responsibilities. She helps keep our hundreds of jobs per year processed efficiently according to all guidelines and requirements. She's the stern attitude our team values working with the insurance companies :)

Britt is our Reconstruction department job coordinator. She's responsible for hundreds of moving parts of our customers reconstruction process of their homes and businesses. She works directly with our vendors, sub contractors, and customers making sure all details are taken care of making the experience as painless as possible.
