From the moment they got the call, Josiah has been on site everyday getting everything ready for new, he has been nothing but kind, considerate and has walked me through everything answering every question I have. We had a water issues when our fire suppression system had a hole drilled into one of its pipes inside the wall. For almost 1/2HR (until the fire came to shut off the water to the property at the street curb) high pressure water filled the room. We called SERVPRO of Hershey and ServPro came out that very night and started the clean up. The process of Insurance claims with SERVPRO and our insurance company was very smooth and they helped immensely and our property was restored and back in use in a very short period of time. I would not call any other company for any emergency in your home. Highly recommend
