I had some water damage from an overflowing drain, which led to mold buildup on the drywall. Unsure of what to do, I called in, and Judy reassured me, saying she’d send a team member to assess the situation and create a plan of action. After a water line break flooded my basement, I called SERVPRO around 2:00 am and my call was quickly answered. After explaining my situation, Joe reassured me SERVPRO would be here first thing in the morning to assess the situation and recommend solutions. That morning a call let me know they were on their way. After assessing the damage the crew quickly got to work. Working quickly and efficiently, within a few hours the required work was completed, fans and dehumidifiers were in place and information for what would happen next next was given to me. Note: Extra caution was takes to prevent any further damage to items in my basement. Therefore, I would highly recommend SERVPRO if needed.
