Very prompt response and within hours of my call had removed wet ceiling and rugs and placed fans and dehumidifiers. Gave suggestions for what needed to be done with electronics and other things that were damaged. Willing to wait for payment from my insurance company.

SERVPRO did an excellent job in cleaning up our basement from water damage. Joe was great to work with - very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even came during a snowstorm in bad roads to check to make sure the fans/dehumidifiers were working properly. The work crew did a wonderful job in cleaning up everything. The whole basement was spotless when they left. We highly recommend this service, and appreciate all they did in our time of need.

I had some water damage from an overflowing drain, which led to mold buildup on the drywall. Unsure of what to do, I called in, and Judy reassured me, saying she’d send a team member to assess the situation and create a plan of action. Joe came out, walked me through the steps to address the issue, and explained how we could fix it. Everyone was fantastic to work with!

Joe with ServePro made an initial visit to access the situation - major toxic 50 year old carpet removal and cleanup- and promptly got back to me with an estimate. He and his crew were efficient and thorough - and went above and beyond with their help. The work stayed within the budget which I appreciate ! After a water line break flooded my basement, I called SERVPRO around 2:00 am and my call was quickly answered. After explaining my situation, Joe reassured me SERVPRO would be here first thing in the morning to assess the situation and recommend solutions. That morning a call let me know they were on their way. After assessing the damage the crew quickly got to work. Working quickly and efficiently, within a few hours the required work was completed, fans and dehumidifiers were in place and information for what would happen next next was given to me. Note: Extra caution was takes to prevent any further damage to items in my basement. Therefore, I would highly recommend SERVPRO if needed.
