As Chief Operating Officer and Owner, Dan leads Team Doyle with an unparalleled level of experience, having been part of SERVPRO for more than 20 years. His journey is rooted in hands-on work, starting as a technician and steadily advancing through every level of the business. Now overseeing daily operations, Dan ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standards and continuously works to improve customer satisfaction. Dan takes great pride in leading his dedicated team, fostering an environment of growth, and celebrating the many accomplishments they achieve together.

Dan joined Team Doyle in 2020 as a Production Manager and now serves as a General Manager, leading the Mitigation Department. Known for his hands-on expertise and commitment to professional growth, Dan holds more IICRC certifications than anyone else on the team. This extensive training - including Applied Structural Drying [ASD], Applied Microbial Remediation [AMRT], Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician [FSRT], Odor Control Technician [OCT], Trauma and Crime Scene Technician [TCST], and Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] - ensures every job meets SERVPRO's highest standards for safety and quality. Dan also prides himself on being a good teacher and enjoys passing on his knowledge to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Mark leads the reconstruction effort as the Recon Dept Manager, overseeing all repair projects. His career in construction began at age 19, and he brought extensive experience in writing complex estimates for a commercial insulation contractor when he joined Team Doyle in 2022 as an Estimator, advancing to his current management role in 2025. Mark is proficient in Xactimate and Symbility and specializes in Water Damage Restoration, Estimating, and navigating complex insurance policies and coverage for customers and adjusters. He is most proud of helping people get back into their homes quickly. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Kailyn leads the Contents Department, specializing in restoring customers' belongings to their preloss condition after fire, water, or smoke damage. Her dedication to customer recovery has powered her rapid growth with Team Doyle, starting as a Packout Supervisor in 2023 and quickly advancing to her current role as Operations Manager. Kailyn oversees the use of advanced restoration methods, including ultrasonic cleaning, deodorization, and specialized drying techniques. She is passionate about helping customers recover their most important possessions. When she’s not focused on contents recovery, Kailyn enjoys shopping, connecting with friends through video games, and relaxing with puzzles.

As the Office Manager for Team Doyle, Cara is the key to ensuring daily operations run smoothly and effectively. She joined the team in 2024 and utilizes her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the office staff have everything they need to work efficiently. Cara thrives in the fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment, which allows her to constantly learn new skills and find new ways to help the team grow. She finds her job fulfilling by achieving something impactful every day. A British expat enjoying life in the Lehigh Valley, Cara is obsessed with her two cats and loves watching fantasy movies and true crime documentaries, admitting she’s a huge Harry Potter fan.

Gigi specializes in the detailed cleaning and restoration of customer textiles, including clothing, bedding, curtains, and other soft goods affected by fire, water, or smoke damage. As SERVPRO’s Textiles Production Manager, she combines precision and care to return cherished items to their preloss condition. Gigi is a hardworking and dedicated member of our team who takes great pride in her work and the quality of every item she restores.

Michael joined Team Doyle in 2024, bringing strong expertise in Construction Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) gained from his previous work building multi-family and single-family structures in Philadelphia. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, Michael thrives on the unique challenges of each job and is dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. He finds immense satisfaction in getting a customer's home "back in order" and ensures every project meets their specific needs. Outside of SERVPRO, Michael enjoys an active life traveling, golfing, playing ice hockey, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Shei provides essential field leadership as a Mitigation Production Manager, leveraging three years of construction experience gained while working in Puerto Rico. Joining Team Doyle in 2022, he is uniquely bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers. Shei particularly enjoys Category 3 Water Damage Restoration jobs, relishing the challenge and the massive positive change he brings to a family's home - especially seeing the dramatic before-and-after results. His expertise includes his Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] certification and a background in customer service. Outside of work, Shei is genuinely devoted to his family, his church community, and his SERVPRO family.

Nick is a highly skilled Mitigation Production Manager who joined Team Doyle in December 2020. He brings a strong foundation of industry experience, having previously worked for reputable restoration and service companies. Nick specializes in both Water Damage Restoration and Estimating, and he particularly enjoys the challenges presented by large water and fire losses. He continually expands his expertise, noting he learned the proper way to handle and clean complex fire losses while at SERVPRO. Nick holds Applied Microbial Remediation Technician [AMRT] and Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] certifications. Outside of work, Nick is taking his construction knowledge to the next level by currently building his own house.

Lexi joined Team Doyle in 2022 and quickly applied her diverse background - which includes property management and handling operations at a restaurant - to the restoration industry. As a Contents Production Manager, she excels in key services like Fire Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Mold Damage Restoration, Furniture Repair, and Upholstery Cleaning/Restoration. Lexi finds Team Doyle unique for its supportive, friendly environment, which she considers her second family. She takes great pride in her detail-oriented nature, which she channels into her biggest hobby: creating incredibly detailed and colorful nail art. This passion for detail ensures meticulous care in every restoration project she manages.

Nathan joined the team in April 2025 as a Construction Estimator, specializing in efficient project scoping and claims finalization. He brings three years of invaluable experience in biohazard mitigation, where he managed crews and wrote estimates for complex projects. Nathan's passion for the restoration industry began with the opportunity to help people in their time of need, efficiently guiding projects from a state of peril to prime, preloss condition. He leverages his Business Administration background for strong management and communication skills. In his free time, Nathan is a dedicated father, and when he finds a spare moment, he enjoys playing guitar and hitting the slopes to ski.

Rob ensures reconstruction projects run smoothly as a dedicated Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing valuable experience from his background in roofing sales and training. Joining Team Doyle in 2023, Rob excels at Project Management, thriving on the unique challenges presented by every job - you never see the same one twice! The most rewarding part of his work is helping customers put their homes back together, watching the transformation from a demoed space to a completed house. Rob particularly enjoys the challenging and fun process of kitchen designs. Outside of work, Rob is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, and stays active playing men’s league hockey and golfing.

Zach is an expert Reconstruction Estimator, responsible for preparing detailed estimates for reconstruction projects and helping customers understand the scope and cost of restoring their property after damage. He joined SERVPRO Team Doyle in 2020, bringing years of diverse experience in property restoration estimating and management, including roles with other restoration contractors. Zach ensures each estimate is accurate, timely, and aligned with SERVPRO’s reconstruction standards, backed by his training in Project Management, Construction Management, and Xactimate estimating software. Outside of work, Zach is a dedicated family man who enjoys playing men's softball, teaching his kids sports, shooting darts, hunting & fishing, and attending live concerts and sporting events.

Chris is a highly effective Mitigation Production Manager who joined Team Doyle in July 2019, bringing years of management experience from other restoration companies, including multi-million dollar storm-chasing projects. Known for his immediate response to losses, customers consistently praise Chris. He is a natural leader of human beings and a great adapter, providing solutions in diverse situations. His commitment is rooted in his past banking experience: after the 2007-2008 recession, Chris pivoted his career to the restoration industry to focus on helping people rebuild their lives. His expertise is backed by IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT], Applied Structural Drying [ASD], Applied Microbial Remediation Technician [AMRT], and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician [FSRT].

Franklin joined Team Doyle in August 2020 and quickly became an integral part of the team, advancing to Mitigation Production Manager. While new to the industry when he started, Franklin was quickly impressed by the sheer volume and critical importance of mitigation needs, which requires being able to support customers through a hard time. He oversees projects, ensuring all crucial details are handled, and his commitment to quality is backed by his Applied Structural Drying [ASD], Applied Microbial Remediation Technician [AMRT], and Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] certifications. Outside of work, Franklin enjoys spending his time going to new places with his wife.

Mona provides expert oversight as a Contents Production Manager, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills developed through management in the restaurant industry. Her passion for DIYs and seeing things "go from bad to better" is what drew her to the restoration field. Mona uses effective de-escalation and communication strategies daily, enhancing her attention to detail and customer focus. The most rewarding part of the job is providing customers with the reassurance they need and witnessing their peace and happiness when the process is complete. Outside of work, she enjoys cleaning, the outdoors, videography, and trying new meals.

Cody joined Team Doyle in 2023, quickly advancing from technician to Mitigation Production Manager by demonstrating an elite talent for running projects. He brings 13 years of valuable, hands-on experience, including time as a lead technician for other reputable restoration companies. Cody is highly skilled in Project Management for both residential and commercial projects, with expertise spanning Water, Fire, Mold, and Trauma Restoration. He holds Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician [FSRT] certifications, is proficient in Xactimate, and deeply knowledgeable about insurance procedures. For Cody, the most rewarding part of his fast-paced career is the ability to assist customers in their time of desperate need.
