We had a water leak in our condo on the 7th floor, and SERVPRO Team McGinnis was the first call we made.
We were pretty stressed because we live in a high-rise building and weren’t sure how much damage had been done or if it had affected other areas. Their team showed up quickly, helped us understand what was happening, and immediately got to work.
Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. They explained what they were doing, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated throughout the drying and cleanup process. They were careful with our belongings and made sure everything was handled properly.
What impressed us most was how familiar they were with condo buildings and the challenges that come with water damage on higher floors. They worked well with building management & the HOA and made what could have been a much bigger headache feel manageable.
We still keep the SERVPRO Team McGinnis magnet they gave us on the metal cabinet in our laundry room. Hopefully, we won’t need to use it anytime soon, but it’s nice knowing we have their number handy if another water issue ever comes up. Thank you again!
