Tim McGinnis is the president of SERVPRO of Benton County / SERVPRO of Linn County. He has over 25 years of experience in the restoration industry, and 15 years’ experience in carpentry industry. Tim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet cleaning, Odor Control, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Subrogation 1, Subrogation 2, Introduction to Mold, Bio technician and commercial Drying Specialist. Tim is Also a Certified Bio Technician as well as a certified EPA Lead Renovator, and OSHA 10 certified. Tim is certified through SERVPRO’s E.C.T.P program in Water, Fire, Crew Training and Carpet and Upholstery.

Tim enjoys outdoor sports, such as bowhunting, and spending time with his family, and golden retriever.

Nick started SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2009 as a hands-on owner and manager. Nick has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Damage Technician (ASD),Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician (UFT), Health and Safety Technician (HST), Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer and Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer. As well as Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

When not working Nick enjoys spending time outside with his family riding dirt bikes, farming, hiking and even hunting. By living in such a beautiful spot in Oregon it allows for a great mix of time in the mountains or at the coast.

Matt has been around the restoration industry for over 20 years and is certified in IICRC WRT, FSR, ASD and TCST. He also is a Lead Paint certified Renovator. He had as been with McGinnis Enterprises for 13 years.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys, hunting, archery, shooting, camping and spending time with friends and family.

Owner and Accounts Payable Manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Monica joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2020 after supporting the business and her husband Nick in the business for the previous almost 20 years. Previous to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica had eight years of accounting and management experience.

When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica enjoys spending time crafting creating signs, candles and handmade soaps. Monica enjoys the simplicity of farm life in her home of Dallas and cherishes spending quality time with her family.

Alesha joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2024 after supporting the business and her husband Matt in the business for the previous almost 20 years. When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Alesha enjoys spending time watching her kids play sports, traveling and going wine tasting in the beautiful Willamette Valley.

Alesha calls Dallas home and loves the many summer activities that the town hosts like Sounds of Music where local bands put on free outdoor concerts once a week.

Business Development Representative at SERVPRO Team McGinnis

Danny joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2024 as a Business Development Representative with SERVPRO of Downtown Portland / Team McGinnis. Prior to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Danny brings over a year of experience in the industry to the team and to help our clients.

When not working Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He loves watching his oldest ride in the rodeo, or cheering on his middle child in her dance recitals and bringing his youngest to the golf course to hit balls and learn to love golfing just as Danny does.

Danny lives in Columbia County which he loves due to its close proximity to the Columbia river, the forests in the backyard and being able to get to either the coast or Mt. Hood within 2 hours. Every fall his town transforms back into Halloween Town where the movie was set and brings in thousands of people to enjoy the fall festivities.

Jake joined SERVPRO Team McGinins in 2025 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Downtown Portland / Team McGinnis . Jake has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) and Odor Control Technician (OCT). As well as ICRA 2.0 Infection Control Risk from American Society for Health Care (ASHE). Jake also has AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) and Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Jake brings over 21 years of leadership and management experience in the industry to SERVPRO Team McGinnis.

While not working Jake loves to explore around McMinnville and the Willamette Valley while kayaking and going on outdoor adventures or exploring the amazing McMinnville Air & Space Museum home of the Spruce Goose when the weather is less than ideal.

Joel joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2024 as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Downtown Portland / Team McGinnis. Joel has a certification in Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Joel had 7 years of prior experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry before joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis

When not working Joel enjoys spending time outside in the beautiful nature we are lucky enough to call our backyard fishing and hiking, going on road trips with family and visiting the beautiful Oregon Coast.

Office Manager at. SERVPRO of Downtown Portland / Team McGinnis

Britni joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2023 and serves as Office Manager overseeing all four locations that make up SERVPRO Team McGinnis. Britni has the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

When not working Britni enjoys spending her time reading and being with her family and friends, checking out places around Salem and Dallas like the Saturday Market. Britni likes to try new adventures and fun experiences and recently got a new cat who she loves dotting on and spoiling.
