Our History
Since our inception in 2005, SERVPRO of North Tulsa County has been dedicated to serving our local communicates and beyond. We have assisted many residential customers as well as business owners in restoring their properties. We take pride in helping our customers to rebuild their homes and/or businesses after disasters. Our commitment to “make it like it never even happened” and our wide range of services have made us a trusted name in property restoration. T.J. and Amanda Dickinson purchased the franchise in May 2025. The Dickinson’s have deep roots in the Tulsa area. They, along with our leadership team, are committed to the future of Tulsa, Owasso, Collinsville, Skiatook, and the areas in between. Our mission has always been “when life happens, SERPVRO of North Tulsa County is here to help”. We actively support local organizations in and around the North Tulsa area. SERPVRO of North Tulsa County demonstrates our dedication to community involvement.

Our team draws on many avenues for training as well as years of experience in property restoration. From training at SERVPRO’s HQ Training Center to regular IICRC industry certifications. All of these allow our customers the confidence that our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore their home and/or business. I love this team! They are knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, thorough and very reasonable on cost. We've used them for 2 jobs at 2 different houses: one was water mitigation and vapor barrier, the other was fungal treatment and vapor barrier. If the job turns out to be less than they quoted, they adjust down and bill you a lower price. I highly recommend them!

We had the best experience with ServPro! We needed professional carpet cleaning in a rental house before moving in. The previous owners had big dogs so it was VERY necessary. We had the best customer service! Very professional and they always showed up when they said they were going to. Absolutely no waiting around. They did a fabulous job on the carpets and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the results. We highly recommend ServPro and will no doubt use them again.
I had a bathroom pipe break. I called a service for help,they never responded. I remembered seeing Servpro on TV. I called and received an immediate response.I had Troy and his team there the next morning. They started immediately cleaning up as they explained what they would doand how they clean up. I had no idea how this would go. They explained in detail and professionally. They made me very comfortable. I will definately call them again if a need occurs. A great Team !
