What our
customers are saying

I recently met with the team at Servpro of Midwest City to discuss disaster preparedness for my business, and I was extremely impressed. Their Business Development Manager took the time to walk me through the Emergency Ready Plan process and helped create a customized plan so we are prepared in the event of a natural disaster or other unexpected emergency. Knowing that our business information is already in place and that we are prioritized with Servpro’s national Large Loss Disaster Team gives me tremendous peace of mind. The entire process was professional, organized, and easy to understand. A special thank you to the Business Development Manager, Patti, for taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure our business is protected. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Servpro of Midwest City to any business owner looking to be proactive and prepared.

My dishwasher and washer drain lines leaked all night and woke up to water everywhere. Servpro was there within hours and did the mitigation and then had their team come in and do the reconstruction. They worked with my adjuster, we had flooring, repaint, drywall, granite and cabinets. Amazing team! I wouldn't want anyone else doing the job. This Servpro is the best!! It was a ton of work but they finished quick and communicated with me every step. Thank you team Jones!!!
