Additionally, he holds OSHA30 and Forklift certifications, ensuring safety and efficiency in his operations.

Aaron and Kaycee Ryan
Aaron and Kaycee Ryan’s journey to SERVPRO is defined by resilience, determination, and a deep-rooted commitment to serving others. Their story began during Aaron’s deployment overseas with the Marine Corps in 2010, while Kaycee remained at home pregnant with their first child. Not long after his return, their daughter required emergency open-heart surgery, beginning a long and emotional nine-month recovery. During this incredibly difficult season, Kaycee also lost her job and career in banking after requesting time off to care for their daughter. What could have broken them instead became the catalyst for a new direction in their lives.
After transitioning from the Marine Corps to the Air Force Reserves, Aaron returned to SERVPRO of Indian Wells as a Production Manager. Once their daughter had recovered from her first surgery, Kaycee joined the SERVPRO team as well—starting in auditing and estimating before moving into a full-time marketing role. Together, they spent three years learning every aspect of the business and building a strong foundation. Driven by their shared experiences and a desire to create a better future for their family, they took a leap of faith and applied for their own franchise.
In 2014, the Ryan's opened SERVPRO of Wichita Falls. Over the next several years, the business flourished. In 2019, they expanded with a second location in Lawton, Oklahoma, just prior to Aaron’s final deployment to Abu Dhabi with the Air Force in 2020. In 2021, after three years with the franchise, Tyler Watts and his wife, Saralauren, became business partners with the Ryan's.
Since then, the company has continued to grow and evolve. Today, the four partners work side by side, leading a dedicated team committed to serving both communities and helping homeowners and businesses navigate and recover from life’s unexpected losses. With more than 45 years of combined industry experience between the two couples, customers can feel confident knowing they are in capable, trusted hands throughout every step of the restoration process.
Tyler and Saralauren Watts
Tyler and Saralauren’s journey began while attending college at the University of Mississippi in 2011 where Saralauren graduated with her Master’s Degree in 2014 and Tyler graduated in 2015 with his Bachelor’s Degree. They went on to date for eight years before getting wed in 2019 in Graham, Texas. They relocated to Wichita Falls in 2016 when Saralauren accepted a position as the Registered Dietitian at Sheppard Air Force Base. She went on to spend six years serving the base community before she transitioned into SERVPRO ownership in 2021.
Tyler's professional journey has been a testament to his dedication and drive within the SERVPRO family for over a decade. His initial foray into the industry began humbly as a water technician in Oxford, MS, where he balanced his college education with hands-on experience. Tyler's commitment and aptitude quickly garnered recognition, propelling him through the ranks. With each step forward, he embraced new challenges and opportunities for growth. As he navigated his role as a Project Manager, Tyler honed his leadership skills, adeptly coordinating teams and projects with precision. His journey further evolved as he transitioned into the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, where his strategic vision and customer-centric approach contributed to business expansion and client satisfaction. Tyler's relentless pursuit of excellence and unwavering work ethic laid the foundation for his next chapter in Wichita Falls, TX, where he continues to excel within the SERVPRO network.
Now, Tyler and Saralauren spend their time raising their two boys, Ford and Walker. Outside of their professional and parental roles, Tyler enjoys golfing. Saralauren has dedicated herself to making a difference within the community as an active member of the Junior League of Wichita Falls, where she has served as the chair of many different charity events, weaving threads of support into the fabric of our community.
