He was persistent, responded almost immediately for any questions or concerns that I had prior to the project starting and during. I can't say enough good things about this business. Brad Knauer, and Michael Fellers were amazing. In my time of distress, of frozen pipes and flooded home. Not only did they show up in what i would consider a record amount of time after being contacted. But the demeanor of both Mike and Brad, was exceptional. Not only did they show a genuine concern for my personal property, but reassured me that it would be okay. the professionalism of the work crews, and the care they take packing my belongings, for relocation was above any expectations i could ever imagine. Brad and Michael are excellent representatives of this company. If this is an example of the the type of people, that I am sure this Branch (SERVPRO of Central OKC) employs. Great Service !!! My family was out of state for 2 weeks vacation ,when i notice in the camera my home had pipe burst inside and got flooded morning. I called then and coordinated. In 3 hrs they where already working with complete stuff… drying equipment etc. and mike was there to assure as this was taken care of. When i went home … my stuff was already pack and ready to be temp stored in the there storage facility !!!!! company that is quick and can be trusted and transparent. Highly recommended .
ServPro’s team helped us with a cleanup from a sewer backup at our home. Mike came and provided us with not just an estimate, but reassurance that we needed. When Mike, Gavin and Hunter came and did the clean up, they did so professionally and quickly. They explained what they were doing and made some recommendations that helped us with some of our concerns.
Did a great job drying carpet after plumbing flood. Gavin was excellent. Very professional and polite. Mike and his crew were very punctual. Always on time.
All employees were very professional, courteous, efficient and paid extra attention to everything that needed more than just the normal. Highly, highly recommend.
Mike & his team are AWESOME to work with!! The team was very knowledgeable & didn’t break a thing!! I had tears 2-3 times when Mike was over cuz didn’t know what to expect & where my cats & I were gonna go. He had me laughing & smiling by the time he left🥰 He is quick to answer texts & phone calls. Such a wonderful person to have as my point of contact during this time. HE IS THE BEST🥰🥰🥰
