I had a water damage in my home due to a Faulty pipe. I called your company for clean up . The best phone call I've ever made. They came right away bringing fans, tore up all the wet carpeting and cleaned up the and cleaned up the leftover mess. The next day they started the work. I left the following week to visit my Mom in Florida and they put a lock box on my front door and finished the work . I got home 10 days later and the carpeting had been laid, the furniture was in place. I want to thank you so much for working with the insurance company to get this settled. You have helped to make this disaster so very easy and all of your people are very special with a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend you to anyone in need. On Jan. 15, I had a "flood" in my house due to a faulty pipe. I called my insurance company and they suggested I call SERVPRO. THE BEST PHONE CALL I'VE EVER MADE, They came right away.They tore out affected material and set Equipment.I left the next week for Florida and they put a lock box on my door and finished the work.
