We experienced a flooded basement due to a recent record breaking rainstorm. Initially, our insurance company sent a clean-up company (not ServPro) to our home. After several days of no action. By that time, we have mold forming in the basemwnt and our possessions and furniture were being ruined. We contacted our insurance and stated that we wanted ServPro. Within 24 hours, representatives from ServPro, Mack and Tyler arrived at our house, made an initial assessment, formulated a plan, and immediately began working. Mack and the team of ladies in the inventory, clean, and pack team were amazing. They worked tirelessly to get our house squared away and in order. Mack also supervised the moving team, and took great care in ensuring our property was properly cared for, moved, and stored. He constantly communicated with us and kept us abreast of their progress. Kaylena discovered a broken pipe, which is the source of the water leak and attendant water costs that neither I nor Maintenance had found. All were hard-working, cheerful, very competent people.
