ServoPro mitigation and construction were both super to work with. They responded at 10 PM on Easter Sunday night and came out the next day to our rural property to assess damage and set up remediation the following day. After the tear out was finished, we had their construction department re-do the flooring and bathroom. They were very professional, responsive, and skilled in what they did. Communication with us was great throughout the process. They finished ahead of when we anticipated. We highly recommend them.

Servpro of Jackson is a highly recommended company to handle all of your water restoration and mitigation issues. They show up fast and ready and well prepared. The don’t take shortcuts and do the work the way you’d want them to. If you’re lucky you’ll get Tom as your technician and this man is a legend and has the work ethic you’ve never seen. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Outstanding job!

The staff were very caring and professional while providing service for us and our home. They were detailed in the descriptions and instructions of the processes used to clean the water damage. The job was wrapped up quickly and we are very satisfied and thankful for their work. We will definitely be calling Serve Pro if we have any other needs.
