Office - Cory has been with the team since September 2025. He serves as the Office Manager, overseeing daily office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. He supervises staff, manages scheduling and billing, and ensures all job files are complete and compliant. Cory also serves as a key point of communication between customers, crews, and insurance partners, helping keep restoration projects on track. With a specialty in customer service and communication, he is known for his strong problem-solving abilities and confident decision-making.

Office - Megan joined the team in December 2025 and brings three years of experience to her role as a Job File Coordinator. She is responsible for managing and organizing job documentation from start to finish, ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and compliant. Her work includes coordinating with customers and insurance adjusters, submitting estimates and invoices, and preparing files for billing and closeout. Megan’s specialty is time management and multitasking, and she is known for her attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving smoothly through every stage.

Office - Ernie brings 15 years of experience to the team as a Job File Coordinator, making him a highly trusted and knowledgeable resource. He manages job documentation from start to finish, ensuring all files, photos, estimates, and communications are accurate and complete. Ernie works closely with customers and insurance partners to keep projects compliant and on track through billing and closeout. Office - Jordyn has been with the team since August 2025 and serves as a Receptionist-Dispatcher, playing a critical role in coordinating daily operations. She is responsible for receiving service calls, scheduling and dispatching crews, prioritizing emergency responses, and tracking job progress. Jordyn ensures all job details are accurate so crews have the information they need to perform efficiently. With a specialty in customer service and professionalism, she is known for her positive attitude and ability to keep things running smoothly, even in fast-paced situations.

Marketing - Halle officially joined the team in June 2025 as our Marketing Manager, but her history with the brand dates back to when she was five years old, watching her parents open the doors for the first time. Having grown up in the family business, she naturally bleeds green. A lifetime of conventions and industry shifts has given her a front-row seat to the evolution of restoration. Now a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Digital Design: Graphic Design, Halle is translating a lifetime of industry exposure into a sharp, professional marketing strategy. She isn't just managing our marketing; she is modernizing it. Beyond her technical expertise in visual communication, event design, and Adobe Creative Cloud, Halle brings an approachable, positive personality that makes her a natural at building community relationships.

Mitigation - Nate joined the team in November 2025 as Mitigation Manager, bringing over three years of industry experience and a deep understanding of restoration best practices. He is responsible for overseeing mitigation operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Nate is highly knowledgeable in how mitigation should be performed, providing clear direction and support to crews in the field. His specialty lies in execution and technical expertise, and he is known for his strong commitment to the success of both the crews and the organization as a whole.

Mitigation - Clark has been a valued member of the team for 11 years, bringing a diverse background that includes multiple roles in the organization. Now as a Priority Responder, his wide range of experience gives him a unique ability to guide customers through every stage of the restoration process. Clark excels at helping clients move from the stress of a loss to a clear vision of what their property will look like once restoration is complete. In addition, Clark is passionate about training and developing others, bringing a highly motivational presence that helps elevate the entire team. Known for his commitment and willingness to do whatever it takes, he consistently goes above and beyond to support both customers and the team.

Paul has been a dedicated part of the team for 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience and consistency to every aspect of the business. Over the years, he has become a trusted go-to resource, known for his deep knowledge across operations and his willingness to step in wherever needed. Paul plays a key role in supporting both the team and leadership, helping ensure that projects and processes stay aligned with the company’s vision. Construction - Joe has been a vital part of the team since 2022, serving as Construction Manager. In his role, he evaluates and sells projects, manages the overall customer experience, and develops detailed scopes of work for repairs. Joe is responsible for reviewing budgets, managing job expenses, and coordinating deposits, draws, and final payments. He also mentors team members and ensures both staff and clients understand the construction process from start to finish. With a strong background in both leadership and construction, Joe’s specialty is bridging the gap between client expectations and project execution. He is known for his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to continuous growth.

Construction - Justin has been with the team since 2023 and serves as a Job Site Superintendent, overseeing projects from start to finish. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, and in-house team members to ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently. Justin is responsible for scheduling subcontractors, coordinating material selections and deliveries, and keeping all job progress updated with photos and notes. He communicates change orders and supplements to the Construction Manager and Job File Coordinator while keeping clients informed every step of the way. Justin’s specialty lies in job coordination and communication, and as he is known for his reliability and ability to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.

Construction - Zach joined the team in September 2025 and serves as a Reconstruction Job File Coordinator, playing a key role in keeping projects organized and on track behind the scenes. He assists with scheduling in-home repair inspections, communicates with insurance providers and clients, and ensures all job files are consistently updated. Zach also helps coordinate material sourcing, deliveries, and supports Xactimate supplement processes as needed. His specialty is organization and adaptability, as he is known for his willingness to jump in wherever needed and support the team with a positive, team-first attitude.
