Earlier this week my basement flooded and I had no idea what to do! I called ServPro to assist with the cleanup and I could not have been happier with my choice. The crew and manager who helped us were extremely kind and respectful of our space. They worked very quickly and helped us feel at ease during this stressful time. Our basement is now dry and clean and I cannot say thank you enough!!

SERVPRO of Bowling Green/West Lucas County did a great job after a serious weather event at our home in April. We found a foot+ of water swirling around in 1000ft of unfinished basement. After water cleanup, we were already facing purchases of a new boiler, a new sump pump & back up sump but still needed the basement sanitized. After the initial estimate, they fit us into their schedule & viola'.. we've got our basement back! We are completely satisfied! They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful of our property. We'd choose them again in a heartbeat! Oh.. and a shout out to Mike, Marcia & Cheryl as well. You rock!!!

I had a very traumatic experience when mybasement flooded. As a working - single mom, i felt so overwhelmed and needed someone to just to more or less hold my hand throughout the process. Mike was incredible as he was here before 8 to assess and scope the damage. He called a water heater company out and sent out the most professional, personable and courteous team to my house.
