We moved into a new house that smelled of cigarette smoke and moth balls. It hadn't been cleaned since we toured it last, so we hired SERVPRO to clean it and help with the odors. Pat, Jake, Jax, Ryan, and Jaden did a tremendous job cleaning it and making it smell better. 5/5 stars with the note that it's expensive
Had an awful mess in my newly constructed home. I called ServPro the day I discovered it. Delia got right on it and had her crew at my home early the following morning. The crew got right at it, worked efficiently, provided me with exact details of what they were going to do and why, interacted with my insurance company so everyone was on the same page and had the entire mess cleaned and remediated by end of that day. Response was immediate, service was well done, information was provided every step of the way. ServPro made my ordeal pretty much hassle free!

I can't say enough great things about the Canandaigua office and team that was sent to my apartment units in Montour Falls. I called others and no one wanted to travel that distance. The morning I was notified of the flooding in the upstairs unit. I reached out to the Canandaigua office and asked if they could handle the situation today. The office staff Madison and Deliah outstanding in every way. They asked me to hold on for a few moments while they looked to see if they could juggle a few things around in order to get down there. Within 15 minutes they called back and said they would be on their way shortly. Every time I called the office there's nothing but professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding customer service. The team they sent out initially and on subsequent trips due to the damage in the two units were outstanding. I'd say they're a bit on the younger side but very professional, hard-working, organized, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and couldn't have been more helpful. The field team included: Jake, Jax, Zach, Pat, Nick, and Dan (hopefully I didn't miss anyone). It wasn't an easy project having to move and dispose of some bedroom furniture and also dealing with a semi upset tenant. They removed the carpeting and flooring in both units in order to get to the subfloor to start the drying process. Like I said, they were exceptional from the office staff to every one of the field team members. If there is ever another incident trust me I will not hesitate to give them a call. Great job Servpro Canandaigua!!!
