Prior to joining SERVPRO of Ronkonkoma and working his way up to General Manager, Tyler worked in the carpentry field where he gained experience in framing and finishing work. Tyler also loves welding and is licensed to operate heavy machinery. He is extremely talented, a great person to work with, and a great person to have managing the process to return your home or office back to new!

Tyler has a Safety Group Rigging Worker License, he is OSHA certified and holds a Heavy Machine Operators Certificate. Tyler holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):. Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT).

Angelo has been working for SERVPRO for 8 years and has worked his way from crew chief in the field to a project manager. Angelo has certifications in Mold Abatement Worker-Supervisor (NYS), Fire damage Restoration Technician (IICRC) and Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)

Angelo enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family and doing work around the house in his time off. Angelo always comes to the job prepared and with a positive attitude and personality.

Lucina has been with our Franchises since the we opened our doors. She has been an asset in the office learning about all areas of the operation. During Hurricane Harvey she traveled to both Texas and Florida with the crews and worked in the field hands on doing demolition. She is known as the person who will step in wherever she is needed with her own tool belt and hard hat and is always at the ready. She loves the ability to be there for other people in their times of need and takes pride in being able to see a project from start to finish. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with her friends and spending time with her daughter.

Steven Kilmeade is the owner of SERVPRO of East Meadow/Westbury & SERVPRO of Ronkonkoma. Steven has over 25 years of experience in the restoration, reconstruction, electrical, plumbing and mechanical industries which has developed into a unique insight on how to approach every task. He shares his diverse background and insight with his staff by mentoring them through all situations so that every job can be handled efficiently and effectively. With this type of service and standard it is no surprise that Steven's Ronkonkoma franchise received rookie of the year awards during its first two years in business and that he has highly satisfied customers. Steven is IIRC, ASD, WRT and CCT certified and holds a license for Asbestos handling and NYS Mold abatement.
