Pat is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Oakdale/North Bay Shore. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Hector is a Crew Chief with SERVPRO of Oakdale/North Bay Shore. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Donna Sgambati is a Marketing Representative that has been working with our marketing department since April 2006, Donna helps to get our name out there, so we can help more people with their disaster recovery needs.

Susanne Nigro is our Collections Administrator. Collections are a vital part of our day-to-day business, and Susanne has worked on our SERVPRO of Oakdale/North Bay Shore collections team since May 2010.

Penny Defranco works in our Accounting department and is a vital member of the accounts receivable team. Penny has been with SERVPRO of Oakdale/ North Bay Shore since September 2010.

Project Manager

Working with SERVPRO since 2012, Devin has his New York State Mold and United States Environmental Protection Association Lead Certifications. He also is a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician. In addition, Devin is a State of New York Mold Abatement Supervisor, and has attended training to maintain compliance with the EPA Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) Program.

Juan has been with SERVPRO since 2004. He has his New York State Mold and United States Environmental Protection Association Lead Certifications and has recently received his Certified Bio-Recovery Technician Certification. In addition, Juan is also a State of New York Mold Abatement Supervisor, and has attended training to maintain compliance with the EPA Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) Program. Juan is a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.
