They were so gracious, professional and willingly shared their expertise describing in detail each step and action taken to remediate flooding that occurred on three levels. In addition they did everything in their power to be respectful of the space, leaving no sign of their presence cleaning up after themselves in all areas. Our hot water heater broke and we had 3-4 inches of water in the basement. Eric and Landell from SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn came right over. They explained the entire cleaning process. They sucked out the water, ran huge dehumidifiers and strong fans to dry everything out. They tested for any moisture inside the walls, which is great because we were concerned about getting mold. Luckily our floors are tile and concrete. They scrubbed the floors with antibacterial and antimold cleaner. They did a great job! I was a wreck when it happened, there was water everywhere, but 3 days later after all was dry and scrubbed, you can't even tell that we just had a big flood! I would definitely call them again!
