SERVPRO of Medford

The ceiling in my den was damaged by a leaking pipe. After the pipe was fixed, Servepro of Medford restored the ceiling. They did an amazing job.

SERVPRO was called by our insurance company the day after Thanksgiving after we reported a water pipe burst in our foyer at 8:00 am. Dave called within 1 hour of the time I spoke to the insurance rep. He told me his project manager Chris would call as son as he could. 15 minutes later, Chris called and said he was way out east but would get to us asap. He did, By the afternoon the area was secured and the dehumidifiers and fans were up and running. Chris said he would demo the walls as soon as the insurance company said ok. They were very slow in responding. Finally the Ins. Co. said we could open the walls. As soon as they did Chris returned and did the demo right away. we had the equipment running for almost ten days. SERVPRO did a great job. They have been finished here for about 2-3 weeks. Now hopefully I will hear something from out Insurance company which seems to be the only problem in our dilemma

I was recommended to Servepro of Medford from my insurance company after a large tree limb fell and went right through the roof of my backyard shed and did damage to some of the siding and the roof. Juan Gutierrez came from Servpro to evaluate and give us an estimate. He was very prompt, courteous and professional, and when his team came to do the work, they contacted us through every phase and Aaron who delivered the supplies was also very respectful and always arrived on time. The team finished the project in half a day and the result was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a lawn sprinkler main line break under a patio. Well, needless to say, it was difficult to find but the crew under Matt and Chris were outstanding in pointing it out to me. They couldn’t continue until the steady flow of water stopped. I was able to isolate the leak with water stops and they continued. The crew was outstanding and left me with a completely dry basement. The basement was previously ankle deep in water. It is now completely dry. I couldn’t be happier with Servpro of Medford. I rate them a 5 star restoration service and I would recommend these people to anyone. They arrived on time and were efficient.

Chris and his remediation team did a great job removing soot and smoke odor from our condo which had a small fire. Chris was tremendously responsive and provided great communication throughout the process. In addition, he was extremely helpful with our "not helpful" insurance company. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Medford based upon my experience thus far. I hope for a similarly good experience with their build-back team.

We were highly impressed with everyone who was involved with the restoration of our home!! Each crew was friendly, courteous, conscientious and hard working!! Our project manager Juan Gutierrez was extremely helpful in every aspect to ensure that we were happy with the work being done!!
