Meet Our Team

Each of our SERVPRO of Eastern Rockland County Service Technicians have completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Our crew members have a strong worth ethic and work hard to provide excellent customer service and attention to detail on every job.

Paul has been a part of our team for over 10 years. He brings many years of construction and remediation experience to SERVPRO. Paul is IICRC certified in the following areas: SRT-Fire and Smoke Damage, WRT-Water Damage and ASD-Applied Structural Drying.

Felix is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO Northwest Bergen / Southern & Eastern Rockland County. He has been part of our team since 2009, and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques, and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Felix specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning, he is our go to guy for spot and stain removals.

Abel is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO Northwest Bergen / Southern & Eastern Rockland County. He started at SERVPRO in 2010. Abel’s attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed a rigorous SERVPRO Employee Training program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques, as well as how to use our equipment to make any disaster “Like it never even happened.”

Ever Melendez has been employed as a Service and Restoration Technician with SERVPRO since 2003. Ever is IICRC certified in water damage restoration. He also has completed the SERVPRO Employee Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques as well as training on state-of-the-art cleaning equipment. Ever has a strong work ethic and is known for his attention to details.

David has been working for SERVPRO since 2007 as a Service and Restoration Technician. David has IICRC certification for water and fire restoration, and EPA for lead. He also is NY Certified for mold remediation. His willingness to go above and beyond for our customers have made him an integral leader within our company.

Jeffery is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO Northwest Bergen / Southern & Eastern Rockland County. He started at SERVPRO in 2013. Jeffery is detail oriented, and is a valued team member. He has completed a rigorous SERVPRO Employee Training program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques, as well as how to use our equipment to make any disaster “Like it never even happened.”

Steve McCauley is the Operations Manager of SERVPRO of Eastern Rockland County. He has been in the damage and restoration industry for 30 years. He has been a member of our team for 14 years. He has IICRC certification in water and fire damage restoration, and he is a New York State Mold Supervisor. His wealth of knowledge and experience with water, fire, mold and biohazard damage has been a huge asset to our company.
