About Us
Invigorated by new ownership in 2020, SERVPRO of East Onondaga County anticipates many years of serving the Greater Syracuse area and the towns, villages, and hamlets to the east. Residential and business property owners in the region benefited from the expertise of SERVPRO’s highly qualified managers and technicians since 1993. They will enjoy continuity as familiar individuals remain in key positions under fresh leadership.
The eastern area of Onondaga county historically served as a significant trade and travel crossroads for more than the past two hundred years. Turnpikes based on the European model and often operated as toll roads joined by canals proved essential to move people and goods from the Atlantic coast into the interior. Many of the municipalities east of Syracuse were settled and incorporated long before the city, with towns like Manlius on the Cherry Valley Turnpike and Seneca Turnpikes considered important trade centers in the late 1700s. Once the Erie Canal and branch waterways began construction after 1817, places like Fayetteville gained prominence.
Railways supplanted the turnpikes and canals, and modern Syracuse, risen from former swampland, now is at the intersection of Interstates 81 and 90, with an airport that is a hub in the area. The growth and change of the past continue in Eastern Onondaga county. Allan and Mike C were phenomenal! As a first time home owner, I was mortified when a refrigerator hose caused a disaster in my kitchen and basement. It was a first time experience that left me filled with anxiety. The first time we met they went over in details everything that was expected to transpire over the next few weeks. From Demolition to clean up to treating the kitchen with anti microbial. Each day they arrived accomplished tasks and showed me the progress. Naturally when fears came up for me Allan was great at putting my mind at ease. This team went above and beyond to reassure me that they were here to help and if anything happened to interfere with their progress that they would take care of it and that’s exactly what they did. When a pipe needed repair they fixed it. When a little leak arose they stopped it. All while maintaining positivity and reassurance. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone going through water damages. Kindness and patience go such a long way. What a relief to know that me and my family are in great hands!

Let me start off by saying Pro Serve called me the same day that I reported the incident to my Insurance Company. Serve Pro came out the very next day and started work immediately. Everyone that came by my house was really nice and very professional. But I must say that there was one person who really worked so hard to complete the cleanup and was so pleasant to deal with. I feel she went above and beyond her job duties.. When 2 other men said that they couldn’t remove the tile floor or needed a special tool in order to remove it. Yet Audrey busted her ass and had it removed that following day. Audrey constantly communicated with me as to what the next steps or times of arrival and when she as done for the day.
