Servepro of Central Manhattan did a great job drying up our wood floors after a leak. They responded very quickly. Our technician was Nick, and he was excellent: very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained each step and returned repeatedly throughout the process to check on progress and adjust the equipment. Some of the equipment wasn’t working correctly at first (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). But Nick swapped that out and got the job done properly.

Prompt service, they were in and out in about a half hour. Harold set up all the equipment in my basement to dry it out after it flooded from the rain and also disinfected the floors and walls leaving it smelling much better.
Juan Gutierrez was our project pro. He put us at ease after the initial shock of having water in our apartment. Juan was very knowledgeable and explained the mediation process and he followed up by phone and in- person at least 3 times. He was patient and on time for all appointments. I Highly recommend.
