Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration

In February due to the extreme cold temperatures, we had a pipe that burst. This resulted in a flood on the lower level of our home. Drew the project manager and the workers Gerard and Luis were very professional, patient and answered all of my questions. In one of my bathrooms that I do not use. I thought we had mold and Drew said that it was just water damage. (Please note: the two other contractors told us that is was mold). They cleaned up the entire bathroom before the estimated time.
