This was a nightmare to begin with having never suffered a water loss before in my home. They came out and within 3-4 hours, had my place cleared out, and drying equipment was placed to begin the drying process. But SERVPRO, made me at ease and did a outstanding job getting my place back to what it was. I was very happy with the mitigation work done at my sister’s house after a small fire.
