William Frisch is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Rio Rancho. He brings 20+ years of experience and has his GB02 General Contractor license as well as the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Mold/Bio Technician.
Stephanie Romero
Steph is the Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Rio Rancho. She works entering data, preparing documents, and customer service answering calls from clients. In general, she is a big support for the office.

Chris is a Mold Remediation Expert. Through his years of experience, Chris has seen the worst mold cases and has been able to tackle the issue and eliminate the harmful substance from homes and businesses alike. Amy Torrez serves as reconstruction manager for our team. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction and restoration industries, as well as multiple certifications including OSHA 30 and NM GB-98 General Contractor's license, Amy is an infinite wealth of knowledge and an invaluable resource to our team.
Justin Anderson
Justin is new to the restoration industry, coming up on completing his first year with us. He works as a restoration technician and has a passion for helping customers who have experienced a disaster or loss.
