Very efficient process. They showed up on time and did a nice job. It was a small mold cleanup requiring insulation to be removed from the basement ceiling. The loss of 1 star is because they would not replace the insulation that they removed. I guess it was too small a job for their construction division to bother with, but if I were them I would’ve just had the mitigation crew replace it. It was literally an 8’x8’ area that would’ve taken them 10 mins to install - and it would’ve earned them another star (and I wouldn’t have had to do it!)
