Meet Our Team

Owner

Sean McCabe began his career in the restoration industry as a production technician in the family business. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Kutztown University. In 2021, Sean and his wife, Christina, acquired SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties and now own five SERVPRO franchises.

Sean remains actively involved with the franchise’s production team, with a particular focus on large commercial losses.

In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams whenever he gets the chance.

Owner

Christina McCabe brings industry experience to SERVPRO Team McCabe. She has experience in industry software programs including Xactimate and DocuSketch. Christina specializes in large-loss file administration and processing.

Christina has experience in Real Estate and as an Insurance Adjuster. She is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience with proper insurance-supporting documentation to facilitate a smooth claims process.

Finance Manager

Kristen Carroll oversees all finances, including accounting and collections.

Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Kristen works remotely, residing in New Jersey with her husband, Brian, and their daughter, Gracie, along with their small farm.

Office Manager

Jillian Cheslow serves as the Office Manager. She brings experience from the disaster restoration industry, having previously served as an office and business development professional in the restoration field.

Jillian is actively involved in community service, notably as the coordinator for the Southeast Pennsylvania Firefighters Open, a golf outing benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), honoring fallen firefighters and supporting their families.

Construction Manager

Matt Donley serves as the Construction Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to assisting clients through property damage challenges. He provides guidance and support from the initial mitigation phase through to complete reconstruction.

His dedication to excellence and client satisfaction has established Matt as a trusted professional within the restoration community. He is recognized for his ability to manage complex projects and deliver quality results.

Construction Coordinator

Kim Schmidt serves as the Construction Coordinator. She brings project management expertise from a background with a large roofing company. Initially joining Team McCabe in an office role, Kim transitioned to the reconstruction department, where her skills are particularly well-suited, as the department expanded.

VP of Production

Ryan Booth, VP of Production pairs customer service and production knowledge to the job. Bringing experience and operating systems to the team. He focuses on building relationships and providing customer solutions.

Ryan resides in Bucks County with his wife, Brittany, and their dog, Jet.

Production Manager

Will is Team McCabe’s newest Production Manager, joining us with over 20 years of experience from another SERVPRO franchise. He brings a strong team-first mentality and a customer-focused approach, making him a valuable asset to Team McCabe.

HR Generalist

Crystal brings many years of experience in the administrative field to SERVPRO Team McCabe. With a background in administrative and HR support, she provides strong attention to detail, organization, and communication that helps keep our team running smoothly. Her experience allows her to manage tasks efficiently, solve problems, and support team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family. She is married with two sons and loves to read in her spare time.

Job File Coordinator

Ashley brings strong customer service skills and an administrative background to SERVPRO Team McCabe. Having learned the ins and outs of the restoration industry in a short time, she coordinates job files for our two busiest territories, Upper Bucks and Hunterdon County. Ashley manages production schedules to meet customer needs and ensures a smooth transition back to preloss conditions.

Commercial Account Representative

Mike brings a strong sales background to SERVPRO Team McCabe, along with excellent customer service and project management skills. He enjoys building relationships with commercial clients and introducing them to the full range of services SERVPRO provides.

Mike works closely with businesses to help them understand how our team can support them with more than just fire and water restoration, offering solutions that help keep their operations running smoothly.

Job File Coordinator

Melissa Chan brings a wealth of transferable skills from the medical field to SERVPRO Team McCabe. She leads job files across our Doylestown, Lafayette Hill, and Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan County territories. Melissa coordinates scheduling with customers and production teams, and works closely with insurance agents to ensure every customer is taken care of to the highest standard.

Melissa lives in the Bucks County area with her husband and two dogs.
