Our team has several years of experience with the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold remediation, sanitization, duct cleaning and full restoration/rebuild services including but not limited to drywall, flooring, cabinetry, tile, plumbing and electrical needs, etc.

Raheem is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Hoboken/Union City. Raheem has been a part of our team for 10 years. He started his time with us as a technician specializing in mold remediation and worked his way up to crew chief, production manager, and now, Operations Manager. He has excelled in every position he has held and is a valuable team member.

Lance is an accomplished entrepreneur, and the proud owner of SERVPRO Team Harvey. With over 16 years of experience successfully managing his first franchise, SERVPRO of Hoboken/Union City, Lance has since expanded his business to own three SERVPRO franchises across New Jersey, including SERVPRO of West Somerset County and SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel.

Prior to venturing into the emergency services industry, Lance enjoyed a thriving career as a specialist on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). His experience in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the financial markets equipped him with a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure – skills that have proven invaluable in his current role.

Combining his financial expertise with his passion for serving the community in times of need, Lance has built a reputation for providing top-notch emergency services with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. With a proven track record of leadership and business acumen, he continues to lead his team to success while making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.

Lisa is a seasoned professional with a decade of experience as the Director of Business Development for commercial and residential accounts for SERVPRO Team Harvey. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated unparalleled dedication, strategic vision, and a keen understanding of the industry that have been instrumental in driving the company's success.

Her outgoing personality, sweet nature, and attention to detail has made her very successful in making contacts and maintaining those relationships throughout the years. She treats every account as if the damaged property is her own and ensures that she is involved with the project and her client every step of the way. Her exemplary work has made her an extremely valued member of our team.
