Our basement flooded. It was terrible but we instantly called Servpro, Uriel and his crew were at the house first thing in the morning, waded thru the water, pumped it all out, helped me tremendously and were absolutely terrific. I can not say thank you enough Uriel! Five stars and more!
Our water heater failed while we were out of town flooding our basement for days before we found out. The Servpro team were at my house within a couple of hours and pumped out the water immediately. The team was at my house all week drying it out, doing demolition and removal of items that couldn’t be saved, cataloging everything and mitigating for mold. My team consisted of Gage, Victor and Edwin (Among others) and they were exceptional. Prompt, polite, efficient and hard working. They kept me informed throughout and left the space as clean as could be expected under the circumstances. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They worked directly with my insurance company for approvals. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself needing emergency services.
I had a really bad leak in my basement and these guys were unbelievable. The job they did was amazing. From packing up everything and putting in a pod to putting what was destroyed by the leak into a dumpster. They then cleaned and sanitized the floor. They then put heaters and a humidifier to take out moisture in the air. The Servpro crew i had was Gabe, Victor and Ryan. These guys were nothing short of amazing, professional and extremely curious and took care of everything. I highly recommend this service. 5 🌟

Nothing but praise for the teams from Serve Pro Freehold. Everyone has been extremely helpful and supportive. Called in the afternoon on Labor Day they sent a team out within a few hours. Just completed an extremely clean demo of the impacted area. I have dealt with 10 people and all of them have had a welcoming get it done attitude and work ethic. You can’t ask for more in a bad situation. Highly recommend them.
We had a large water leak that resulted in a large amount of damage. Mr. Uriel and his mitigation crew. Came in and did a outstanding job. They were courteous, professional and took care of everything. At a stressful time like this. Servpro made the cleanup seemless. The office staff was also great they kept us informed at every step. I would recommend 10/10.
