Amy has been a member of our SERVPRO family for over 10 years and is currently our office manager. She is very familiar with the construction industry, having 6 years’ prior experience as a Project Controller for a glazing contractor and a union glazier for a father. She efficiently handles the essential business functions of our office and makes sure our team is always on schedule with our current projects. Amy is very knowledgeable with all our corporate systems and is always Here to Help both our customers and her teammates alike.

Cathy is our Business Development Associate at SERVPRO of Freehold. She has over 15 years of insurance restoration experience working with insurance companies, adjusters, and homeowners. She currently cultivates and maintains professional relationships with property management companies throughout the entire state of New Jersey. Our customers praise her for her calmness and professionalism. Clients greatly appreciate her industry knowledge and accessibility.

Yvette has been a project manager for SERVPRO of Freehold since 2008, specializing in Commercial Cleaning and Fire Damage Restoration. She also manages the process of moving personal belongings out of fire or water damaged properties. Yvette is certified by the IICRC for Odor Control, Fire, Smoke, and Water Restoration. She is respected as the foremost expert in her field as she is often sought out by insurance adjusters throughout NJ to work with them.

Dave is our construction manager handling all rebuild services. Dave has been in the construction industry for over 22 years dealing with residential and commercial rebuilds.

Tyler Fox is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Freehold, bringing over four years of experience in residential and commercial water damage restoration. A USC graduate with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Finance, Tyler holds certifications in Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS).He has managed multiple large-loss commercial projects exceeding $100,000 and plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the company. Tyler is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to mentor team members through complex projects. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to both our team and clients.

Cliff brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in water, sewage, and microbial remediation to his role as a Senior Production Manager at SERVPRO Team Fox. He joined the team in 2021 after working with another SERVPRO franchise since 2008, making him a seasoned and reliable leader in the field. Cliff holds multiple IICRC certifications, including FSRT, WTR, OCT, ASD, AMRT, and Journeyman FSRT, reflecting his deep technical expertise. He oversees daily field operations, coordinates crews, and ensures quality and safety standards are consistently met. Cliff's leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence have been vital to the success of numerous commercial projects. He remains committed to professional growth and continues to lead by example on every job site.

With 4 years of experience SERVPRO, Uriel brings a unique combination of skills to his role. Before joining the restoration field, Uriel gained valuable hands-on experience in the plumbing industry, which has enhanced his ability to quickly assess and address water damage issues. As a Restoration Supervisor, he specializes in water and fire restoration projects, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. Uriel is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WTR) and brings a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of restoration, making him a vital asset to our team.

Alex Urioste is our newest Restoration Manager, having worked his way up from Restoration Supervisor over the course of 5 years with the company. Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WTR), Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role. Known for his quiet and humble demeanor, he consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence. Alex’s calm and focused approach ensures that every project he manages runs smoothly, making him a reliable leader in our team.

With over 12 years of experience with SERVPRO, Jose is our most seasoned Restoration Supervisor, bringing unmatched expertise to every project. He is well-versed in all types of restoration projects, from water damage to fire and mold remediation, ensuring high-quality outcomes no matter the challenge. Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WTR), Jose’s deep knowledge and leadership make him an invaluable senior leader on our team.
